Ordered a bike seat cover through their site on Amazon, still waiting on delivery and they will not answer any of my emails. Having to raise a claim against them. My advice would be to order from this company at your peril
In June 2014 I purchased a Quest Steam Mop via Amazon and had problems using it right from the start. I've used it a few times and now it no longer produces steam. I emailed Babz Media about the issue and they suggested that I return it to them for a repair/refund/replacement. Only problem is that they won't pay for collection. I don't live too far from Greenford and offered to deliver it to them for a small charge to cover petrol but even this they've declined. Now I have been left with a mop that I can't use & is taking up space in my small flat. If it had been a handheld steam cleaner (i.e. a lot smaller) I might not have had a problem paying for postage but this is a large mop that is likely to cost a huge amount to get to Greenford. I would also be willing to pay if I had had the mop for a very long time but I haven't.
I hope this review will help people decide to not use this company unless they clean up their act and work with their customers.

Sent back non working item, as instructed by Babz media, tracking information shows this was delivered however they are not responding to the four refund / replacement requests and it has been over a month. Con artists.
I have ordered blank DVD media and batteries from Babz over a few years and have had good service and products. My orders were placed when they were an ebay store, I wonder why they are now not.
I have ordered many items from this company over the last few years, I have always found the items very good value for money.
I am absolutely disgusted with the service we have had, was sent out a faulty item, have sent replacement as promised and now will not take any of my calls or answer any emails. Please do not use the company.

DO NOT ORDER OF THESE PEOPLE. i ordered two marval suitcases of them about a month and half a go i am yet still to receive them. they told me twice that they were sending out a replacement they didnt arrive either. they have took the money out of my bank i have asked for a refund they are avoiding my emails and i have not received my money back and i dont think i will get it back. i would AVOID ordering of them incase it happens to you.
