I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but my own experience exchanging a too small hat for our 3 year old was excellent. Elspeth the manager was very friendly and attentive, showing me all the 50% off sale stock for 3 year olds, helping me find a nice pair of overalls and t-shirt set, and a nice hat for very fair prices. Yes a fair amount of their stock are fancier, and pricier, but some are quite reasonable and its all very attractive clothing and worth a look, for formal occasions especially.

Horrible customer service!! I was clearly looking for a size while holding my baby and the useless woman behind the counter didn't even offer to help. When I asked her about sizes, or if they had more stock in the back, she replied "no" and didn't attempt to help beyond that. I found a few items that I wanted to purchase but chose to walk out instead. Shop elsewhere, this store is a joke.

We had the pleasure of going to Babes On Fourth again recently after their re-location. Lovely store. As we do not have children of our own and buy only for gifts, I appreciate the attentive and knowledgeable staff. The suggestions were perfect. Thank you again for helping us with exactly the right gifts!

Love this store - always a great array of beautiful and trendy clothes, shoes, and accessories for babies and children. I wish everything came in my size! Lots to choose from across a range of prices. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable. You will definitely leave with something you will be happy to either own or give as a present - the wrapping alone is worth the purchase!

This place is pricey but they were having a huge sale when I went and everything was 40-50% off. There are some high quality pieces and the things I have from here get complimented a lot. I would say these are mainly special occasion baby clothes because a lot of the stuff is cute but not so functional (e.g. lots of whites, proper buttons instead of snaps, closes on the back not the front). They were running low on sizes in most things but it is end of season. I'd definitely go back, especially during sales.

Horrible customer service- stuck up attitude. Also late- here at 10:15am, store is supposed to open at 10:00am.

"We've been around for 20 years, this is a fancy shop, we do not sell everyday hats" I was told no on my way out after asking if they had sun protective hats for toddlers.

There were 2 brimmed hats in the shop that I had noticed.

McDonald's has been around for over 60 years and they're still not fancy, so why are you waving this information around as if it makes it justified to talk to me like this?

Goodbye Karen, I won't be spending my pennies there, I'll be going some place where I won't be sized up and have assumptions made about me by a total stranger. All because I asked for a sun protective hat. Wowwwwww........
