B&b contracting group Review

Great company to work for. I have been a junior estimator/project assistant at B&B for close to 8 months now.

The staff are friendly and responsible. The managers will always help and explain the material in great detail, but will also hold you accountable for lack of discipline or hard work. Just how it is supposed to be.

Sorry too many young Jr Formens that are uneducated and have "power trip" addituides.
Disappointed and seem overall unprofessional.

You guys need to fire Anthony here in WTR27, least professional driver I have seen in a while. Riding right on my bumper and other vehicles and honking at them? What if I had kids in the car and this guy is right up my ass? B&B would be a lot better off without their name on this reckless drivers truck

This company just finished major excavation work at our complex in Guildford. We have never met such an extraordinary group of workers. Extremely polite, good natured, capable and clean. Wish we could make you 1,000 chocolate cakes! Thankyou. Janet, Charlotte and Elaine.

I worked for B&B as an owner operator with my excavators on and off for many years in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's as Ray Richard and Sons Excavating Ltd. Having enjoyed 40 plus years of operating and working for dozens of small, medium and large company's and hundreds of workers I can attest that B&B was the one of the most impressive due to them being so organized, professional, high production and safety conscious. They usually supplied me with steady winter work when most other company s could not and always paid me a good rate for my machine and never in all those years were they late in paying. I owned and operated Rayway Operator Training School Ltd for years, personally training excavator and backhoe operators but sold the company in 2020 to semi retire but if I ever decided to go back to operating, this company would definitely be my first choice to approach.

Highly recommend working for this company. I've had a wide variety of jobs over the years and this one is my favourite one by far. Management listens closely to employee feedback and strives to make sure we all feel valued. If this isn't an employee-centred company, I don't know what is. They place a strong emphasis on safety and offer additional training and up-grading all the time. If you want to wake up and feel excited to go to work each day, this is the place for you!
