I worked for B&B as an owner operator with my excavators on and off for many years in the 80's, 90's and early 2000's as Ray Richard and Sons Excavating Ltd. Having enjoyed 40 plus years of operating and working for dozens of small, medium and large company's and hundreds of workers I can attest that B&B was the one of the most impressive due to them being so organized, professional, high production and safety conscious. They usually supplied me with steady winter work when most other company s could not and always paid me a good rate for my machine and never in all those years were they late in paying. I owned and operated Rayway Operator Training School Ltd for years, personally training excavator and backhoe operators but sold the company in 2020 to semi retire but if I ever decided to go back to operating, this company would definitely be my first choice to approach.
