Awful! I ordered from them through Walmart and my son's Xbox was supposed to be delivered a week ago...still not delivery. They are now saying next Wednesday!! Not happy at all!

Terrible service and experience. Do not shop here. Even if they show up as the lowest price on google, this is one of the worst experiences I've had shopping online. They have zero communication as the other shoppers have discussed. They have no items in stock and will not notify you until you contact them (and forget about emailing them). I didn't even receive an invoice to begin with... After 3 weeks, I cancelled my order. They promised a refund. A month later I noticed I had not received a refund and contacted them about it - again, no response whatsoever. Eventually I elevated it through PayPal and on the very last day of the dispute, I got an email saying I'd received my refund. Go with anyone else but this company. They will be going out of business soon if they keep up their practices. I'm thinking they're on the verge honestly.

We had a challenge with a mount I ordered but in the end Aztek stood behind there product. Thanks for making things right. I would order again from this company.

Keyboard selling for 12 grand here versus $27 on amazon 10/10 would slit wrists again.

We had one of the best experience with Aztek Compuaters their service is great and products are priced very competitively.

I ordered a party speaker sold by Aztek Computers on walmart marketplace. Two days later I received an email asking me to cancel my order because they were "out of stock." Hours later my order was cancelled without my knowledge and walmart shows I cancelled it...which I did not! When I go online they still have the same speaker in stock but at a much higher price. Fortunately when I got in contact with Walmart they honored the price after I explained what had happened. I hope they stop doing business with this sorry company.

Found a great price
Found the RAM, which is quite expensive at the local store, at a great price and I couldn't stop myself from purchasing it. Happy and contented!!.

Discount prices and discount service. They are really not just a computer store. They seem to be an overstock store. I purchased an amplifier from them. After 1 week I recieved a notice that my sale was cancelled as it was out of stock. When I bought it I had a few options to buy at other stores. 1 week later it was out of stock at that price everywhere. Now I need to work on my refund. Yup it was not done automatically as far as I can tell. Who has time for this type of service these days? Not me! Stay well clear

Things got really better since my last order to the one i recently placed, Aztekcomputers have incredibly improved the customer service!

don't shop at this place.. they are horrible.. they false advertise products on the website.. I had attempted to purchase a socket 1366 board from them .. They waited till 5 o clock to call me back to tell me that the board on the website and the one I had ordered was "slightly " different.. hence a different revision as explained to me on the phone.. sensing they had no clue i asked them to physically look at the board.. they then sent me google pics of a completely different board. lol he told me they were closing and had to take care of me tomorrow ... i said you NO YOU NEED to really let me know what board it is you are sending out.. i just purchased a CPU from another site for it .. turns out it wasn't even a different revision at all.. but an entirely different socket (intel 2011) !!!! they had priced like a 1366 socket!! which would have raped someone else in terms of price.. who does that...? these people don't have a clue .. its now going to take 5 days for my refund to go through .. place is a joke....

Check up on these guys, their site is a complete scam. They tell you they have the item in stock on the site but when you call to find out why your product isn't shipping they tell you that it is out of stock and try to sell you on something else. DO NOT USE THEM

What a joke of a company these people cannot provide the service they promise and are rude when called out on their failure. I have been waiting over two weeks for my order of a graphics card and still has yet to ship. These people are a scam and will take your money and do nothing for you.

Started getting unsolicited email stating that I had signed up for their Weekly Deals - I DID NOT, never heard of them and will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THOSE WHO SEND UNSOLICITED EMAILs. Thank you.

Avoid these clowns at all costs.. I flew to New York to upgrade our conference room after ordering a $2400 camera system. I got confirmation it was delivered and when I got to our office, no camera. Had to follow-up with them several times and found they shipped it somewhere in Texas and then they wouldn't expedite shipping to get it there on time for me to install and fly home. Horrible service. Terrible company.

They have made many changes over the last year and I can always rely on them for the products I need. They send emails three days after you place an order and confirm they have your product. The communication has dramatically increased and I recommend all to order from them.

Went with Aztek Computers because they had a good price on a discontinued display that was specified for an installation before it was discontinued. Unfortunately, the freight carrier smashed part of the screen without any significant damage to the box, and we didn't catch the concealed damaged until 2-3 weeks after receiving the display.

The carrier refused to acknowledge our claim request because we didn't report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the delivery (a policy they don't advertise anywhere). When they shut us down, Brian and Sam went directly to the manufacturer, who eventually got us an RMA, pre-paid return label and full refund for the display. It took several weeks, but Aztek was diligent in helping me out. Highly recommend for the customer service alone. Thanks guys!

Really good communication, I called them several times to get quotes on a couple different screens they had listed and everyone I spoke to was both helpful and prompt - and the pricing was very competitive.

They also called me after I received the screens to make sure we were happy, which is something I've experienced with only a very few of the vendors I deal with.

Highly unprofessional & deceiving website. Seems being run by unethical team. What they mention in the website & what actually the product says is totally different. As per the Website it was clearly mentioned that the Product is a FITBIT FLEX 2 which includes the Unit as well as bands. I called them to verify the Stock and the Person confirmed. The person told we have only 1 in stock hence after Ordering only we can see the Fulfillment and guarantee. Hence I ordered at $55 with taxes & free shipping.. After few hours I called them again & they said sorry the Website is wrong. We cannot sell you at that Price , the Prices are $70 plus & our website is wrong updated & they removed from the website. But I have the screen shot . Cheaters. 2-May: After the above review on 30 April 2019 AZTEK contacted me and mentioned that I am too harsh. I stated that since I have ordered online, you honor the price and product and deliver it. As I have the screen shot of the same. They said they will contact me on 1st May by 10-11 am with what best they can do and requested me to remove the review , as they are currently a Small org and growing. As per my word I removed the review and I waited until today 2-May and its 4.45pm CST and nothing. Hence I am updating and posting the review again. This further adds to the unprofessional aspect of the Org. 9 May 2019 They are continuously calling to remove my review . But what I stated is facts. Since they were playing I had to Cancel my order & they seem to be overjoyed to Cancel and I was lucky to get my refund , in some cases I understand people did not receive the Refund too. 14 May Today I got a call from Citi Card & my card was compromised to the level of $800 plus. I used this card & AZTEK has details. Something fishy. If they are a good org I hope they have right ethics to have PAYPAL or AMAZON payment apart from their own. Overall Stay out of this website.

This website is a scam. My grandmother almost got scammed because of it.

WARNING. DON'T USE!!!!!!!!

Explanation:
1) this order sat in the warehouse for a week while it was reported "In Stock" Why not send it out?
2) Paid 9 bucks for shipping...and all they did way put a shipping label on the product box. No brown packing paper, no product in a box? PS this was suppose to be a Christmas gift. Wife found this at the doorstep (3 weeks after I ordered it....ERGGG!!!!!)
3) Battery was INOP. Couldn't charge it. Had to order a new battery.

Waited 2 weeks for TV delivery and they cancelled. Why to take the order if you don't have it in stock?

Poor customer service and slow communication unless extreme measures are taken on behalf of the buyer. These guys should get their act together in the future.

I'm not saying they stole my money. However after purchasing from this site a couple years ago fraudulent charges started appearing on my credit card and I never receiving the product, my order being cancelled due to not being able to meet supply.

A friend of mine purchased at the same time and encountered a very similar issue.

Verify they have a product in stock prior to ordering and paying. Attempted to order a monitor the website noted one in stock. Saving grace I payed through PayPal. Next day my order still had a status of created. I called, emailed, and finally chat got a hold of some that claimed it was out of stock.
They wanted to take time for them to find from another vendor. I said no thank you please cancel my order and refund my money back to Paypal. Well the amusing part was they still kept that one monitor on their site for sail one in stock during and after this ordeal. The next issue when it came to the refund they first claimed that since it was not fully processed my card was not deducted well that was not true. PayPal already sent them the money if it didn't the transaction wouldn't complete. Then after contacting the next day they said they contacted Paypal with cancellation and that was not true. So after I filled a dispute with PayPal I finally received my full refund. I would never go to them again. I should of read all the reviews before I ordered.

HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! STAY AWAY! We placed an order for Final Cut Studio Retail Version 3, and was sent a confirmation email telling us it would be shipped in 3 business days, 6 days later, I call up to their customer support(Outsourced to India) and i am told that the product is on Back order. We did not receive ANY notification that our order was not being shipped as we were previously told. This has cost us the respect of one of our clients that we provide media services for. Despite the Price of their products...STAY AWAY.

Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

I place an order for a monitor they listed as in stock. Several days later I received an email saying it was on back order. The next day my credit card was used by them to purchase something of similar value at a different website.

Buyer beware....... This is your online go to store if you love to throw away money and not receive products requested. they will provide you images of products that you're looking for and send you something totally different. Customer service clearly a joke my experience resulted in three men that all sounded exactly the same but had different names? ultimately filed a dispute with my credit card company to have a reversal done on the product shipped buyer beware stay away from this site

I have ordered thrice from this website and they have always managed to amaze me with their deliverance. Now I have become fond of their service.

Selling items they don't even have in stock and notify you a day before supposed to receive no longer have and then want to refund you in a few days. Horrible business practice

I was in search of some desired computer parts. I had gone through a large number of sites but nowhere I was able to find a product according to my needs. After sometime i found this site. They not only have the parts according to my wishes but also their price is very affordable. Within a week I got my delivery. Gratifying experience.

Do not use these guys. Sent me a "refurbished" monitor and when i finally got a response after 3 months they said to contact the manufacturer. Maybe they get by with selling SOME working product but if you get a bad item you're stuck with it. Never again.

I have used them in the past for my kids computers and they were always first rate. Today, my work laptop had water spilled on it and it stopped working. It was either drive from the Woodlands to the Galleria and drop it off or try these guys. If I took it to the Galleria it would have taken at least 4 hours and that is just to pick up a loaner. These guys replaced the keyboard while I waited at Starbucks in 45 minutes. Cost $65 bucks.

I had bought mystical fire boxes from this company then they canceled my order. Held on to my money for 4 weeks. Then raised the price on mystical fire. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Terrible! shipped the wrong item, arrived late and doesn't answer my calls. Pretty sure they are a scam.
