YOUR GOING TO PAY BIG TIME FOR MESSING WITH THE WRONG PERSON.
Seeing an operation like this in the Philippines has really opened my eyes! I know they were good over the phone and servicing my account but this is above & beyond what I expected! Grade ''A' office space, happy workers & an atmosphere/culture 2nd to none. They even have doctors offices for their employees, media break rooms and even fun contests to motivate the staff. No wonder why I've had basically the same Azpired staff for over 3 plus years. Also, thank you Azpired for the very warm welcome, ability to train/meet the staff/management and lastly saving my company over $500,000 plus dollars a year using your service!!!! :) I hope to be back soon!
Not a good training ground for call center virgins. C
They do have chill accounts (less to zero stressful) however they don't buy tenurity from other call centers. Minimum wage unless you get tenurity in the company and you'll be given an appraisal. They don't offer HMO.
The WORST company I ve ever been. The company have a poor management. I remember, I was a call center agent with the company (PROJECT BELL is the name of the account, however I ve heard that they change the name now). They did not trained their supervisors(they called it TLs and STLs) how to respect and act professional they just simply humiliate and embarrass you in front of other employees if you committed some mistake. Poor benefits and health care insurance and HR are very rude they feel self-entitled and act as a superior. SUCH A TOXIC WORKPLACE. I dont recommend this company. So to those who are looking for job in BPO, please dont ever apply to this company. There are more companies that are far mile away better than this company, I swear to God. Just apply in ACCENTURE or ePERFORMAX because these companies are exceptional. They value the importance of an healthy work environment. They show respect and Always consider your feelings and welfare. If you think you deserve to be respected. I m warning you PLEASE DONT APPLY TO THIS COMPANY!!!
Poor management. I had training with this company they have high standards and low salary. Management does not uave consideration.

Reality:
No health benefits/Insurance - you need to pay your hospital bills from your own pocket.. Their Meditec?? it is just a clinic where everything is not free.All will be deducted on your salary.
Very low Salaries- starting @ 10,000
Food in the pantry are very expensive with no BIR License ,sometimes they sell spoiled foods and if you will complain they will just said that it is fine or it is freshly cooked..
The Management - are the worst they will never help especially if you are going to resign ..They doesn't care anymore on you.
