Well its unfortunate things happen in your personal life going through a divorce. I did everything they asked me to do with a positive attitude but based on my personal life they thought I couldn't handle the performance which that was false. Pretending to be there for me through my tough time. I don't consider this a family company and I will go to the social media to never work at this company ever!!!! Thanks for NOT being there!!
So far Canteen sucks big time. The company I work for went with Canteen. They were supposed to be here on Aug 3 but they forgot to order the machines. They arrived a week late but only two machines out of three. One snack and one coke. Still missing another soda machine and if that's not all. We all have to wait another week for them to fill them. It don't sound like a good way to provide service for a new client.
Their phone machine needs re-recorded cause it doesn't let the client leave a message, when the machines needed to be refilled or service. I have talked to a person who has come to Midwestern University to refill the machines but his information wasn't helpful. And no one came last week to refill the machines. So now we have a empty snack machine and a malfunctioning water, soda, tea machine. The students depend on those machines to work all the time without failure. Hopefully someone from Canteen will see this message and take care of this problem.
Used the vending machine at Northwest Regional Library in Surprise, AZ an was charged more that the posted price for the product. Why is that???
We had a good vending service before, but our company made us change to canteen vending. They bring good stuff, I guess, but they don't refill nearly as often as they need to. Always out of things, then they finally come back to refill and all the sodas are warm. Boooo.
