Full of art, you have to be aware of City Hall hours

Good afternoon.

This afternoon walking we could see a lot of garbage (even a red office chair in the middle of the river) I find it shameful that the person in charge of cleaning or maintenance of the municipality does not notice these things. We went for a walk from Madrid (as it is a town which we like to relax)
Gentlemen councilors, take care of those details, so that we can continue to enjoy such a wonderful environment as Buitrago.

The highlight of the town hall is that the Picasso museum is donated by its hairdresser Arias. A small but very intimate and personal museum that brings the genius of Malaga up to date. Intimate friends, the great artist and his hairdresser shared intimate secrets and their love of bullfighting. All this is seen in this small great collection. It is worth a visit to the museum and the rest of the town

Very well preserved medieval town in the community of Madrid, they even have a Picasso museum.

According to the Buitrago information panels, this year taxes will be collected in October instead of August by Cobid 19.
What has been my surprise when I see that at the beginning of August they have already passed it to me. When speaking with the City Council, they inform me that it is only for those who pay it at the window and not for those who are domiciled.
It seems to me a shame that there is such discrimination between citizens and I do not make it clear in the information that is on the town's panels.
That is why I write my disagreement.
