We have been using the Ayers near Orange for almost 5 years since our kids started at Chapman. I have ALWAYS Been so impressed with the quality of the service and especially the rooms they re always perfectly clean and oversized with high ceilings and great amenities. I can t say enough about this. This is not a paid endorsement just a very enthusiastic grateful fan.

Anyways, we stop at Ayres Hotel to have lunch.
The food is good and it s quiet to have a nice lunch.

If you are looking for a hotel to give you 5 star service DO NOT pick this hotel! It is clear from their reviews that they Are using false profiles to create these positive reviews ! Our first visit at the hotel was a nightmare ! We were looking forward to a restful weekend and upon checking in the hotel manager Jeffrey who thinks he is the owner representing the company told us that the original printed offer was no longer acceptable as a package ! They have great marketing advertising all of these packages but upon arrival if their system changes you won t get the offer ! We had the original offer printed and they wouldn t honor it nor allow us to even check in ! Treated us like trash and questioned the validity of our printed document ! I called corporate and spoke to the marketing director he contacted the general manager and after hours lost we weren t even able to enjoy the services in our original package - manager said we would get a refund back to the daily rate and never happened ! The corporate office sent us a two day stay for our next visit and believe it or not today! That same manager refused to take our certificate even though we followed all instructions and the certificate does not state that it even needs to be present to claim only at reservation which we did supply ! This hotel is going down fast ! Stay away business like this who are so pompous are not welcome in Paso Robles you give a bad name to an amazing town and if you do decide to stay be prepared to receive HORRIBLE service !!!! I can tell you the other front desk lady was a sweetheart it s evident that this manager is abusive of his staff and Ayres Corporate HR and marketing should be more involved in observing this managers manager behavior he is not a good representative of the Ayres Luxury Brand - he is extremely pompous very degrading and has negative customer service ! There are dozens of better resorts in paso so don t be fooled by the online offers! It s not worth it trust me!

Im in orange county for work walk in with my bag orientle fella was at the front desk simply stated I would probably need the cheapest room and assumed I was a vagrent or something bc I was in my work atire, gave me the price I said ok thank you sir went to sit on the bench to book it online bc it was a better selection and price for a suite I wanted...he came out like a security guard and very rudely told me not to smoke on the property and to leave...as 5 other of my workers just pulled up and started to walk in..I was sitting beside a ashtray when I started get up he took his hand and shewed me away as my workers looked in aww. We shall find a place that won't treat us like a poor guy at Corvette dealership.
