The staff are very smiling, the pond in the center of the hotel is really beautiful, the breakfast is huge and very good.

These are the only qualities of this hotel.

The structures, the building, the rooms are crumbling, everything is old and poorly maintained.

I don't understand who their target audience is. The hotel is not made for families as the music is deafening throughout the day. The hotel is also not for young people as there is only a limited choice of cocktails, they no longer serve food after 10:30 p.m. and the music and bars stop at 11 p.m.

We had the misfortune of being greeted by a very unpleasant person one evening at 10:30 p.m. and being refused to be served food despite the hours indicating 11 p.m.

The staff's insistence on consuming or doing activities really disturbed our peace of mind. They go so far as to wake us up on our deckchair on purpose to offer us to go jet-skiing ...

A yes, of course it is impossible to sleep either by the pool (the staff who wake us up) or at the beach (the music extremely loud all day). Even at the edge of crowded Mediterranean beaches, we are less disturbed.

The staff and the structures are extremely poorly managed, we met several other dissatisfied customers of the hotel. They really have an interest in quickly questioning themselves because it is not up to the image they want to give themselves.

Large and luxurious hotel. Security is well guarded. The rear area of the hotel is direct beach with beautiful scenery.

Bad experience !old facilities, poor soundproofing and staff not friendly.

This resort hotel was very very big. If you arrive for the first visit, I guarantee you will get lost finding your room. The beach was very clean, beautiful, private and provided colorful tend along the beach. There were two pools near the beach you may choose based on your preference.

Great! Very large hotel. If you forget something in the room and remember it on the beach, then 15 minutes back.

Ayodya is grand and such as stunning offering so much. If you have kids there Is daycare offering a cultural experience each day your here. If your a couple or a group of friends its an amazing place to unwind with 3 private pools and your very own piece of Nusa Dua beach after a day trip to one of the outter suburbs. If you need transport make sure you contact Putu Sarwaji he'll make your exerpience extra special.!

Very good food, 4 restaurants to choose from. very nice beach and healthy, because you can walk in the hotel so far because of the size (must).

A wonderful resort in Nusa Dua, Bali. Well spread beach front property consisting of several swimming pools, beach club, squash club, cultural events space, open air amphitheatre, beautiful lake, plenty of landscape with different species of plantation. Spacious rooms with all amenities you need for the stay. Cozy beds, sparkling clean toilet, great view from the room balcony. A Must try for someone traveling to Nusa Dua.

Very big and famous hotel on the ocean cost with widespread infrastructure. Good service, nice clean rooms and sand beach. If you love big, crowdy and eventful places here you find all you need. Except breakfast...it is lack of national cuisine. Very few dishes which are not representative for variety of tastes.

Resort at the foot of the beach, inoorme, with a central lagoon with free animals, it is a delight for adults and children, as well as services, shows and two swimming pools ... there are some elevators and very little cheese in their letters / restaurants ...

Great area, clean beach. Terrible service, breakfast cheap and perpetual control by the evil aunts who try to seat guests as they want, with the numbers took a knife and a plate so as not to eat the fruit must. Here no longer go back for sure

the room is not reaching the standard, it is old, dark, with dirty bad sheet, when I called for sheet change, they just give us a clean sheet without making bed for us, so we did it by ourselves in very first time at hotel.
Power sockets are not enough, not even have it beside the bed.
Shower water is not hot enough.

Staff didn't guide us for hotel facilities when we checked in, we had to explored by ourselves in this huge resort, not even mentioned what time is the breakfast and where is it.

No one serve us when we got into the restaurant, had to grab the menu by ourselves.

Hotel is huge with few nice pools and great beach, welcome drink is good, pizzas delicious.

Perfect place if you want to enjoy cold drinks, delicious food with family and friends. Sunrise view but great spot to swim in the afternoon with slow waves.

Great Things:
- amazing and versatile breakfast
- friendly and very helpful staff
- hotel grounds are well maintained and beautiful giving you seren comfort
- very good beach logistics
- excellent pools
- allow late check out
- give you a room for shower even after checking out
- Bed is very comfortable

Bad things:
- Prices are insane, you can eat and drink for a third of the price just across the street. Outrageous!
- Rooms are comfortable and nice but are long overdue for refitting
- Prices again because it is just crazy

Be aware of:
Nusa Dua beach has a very strong tides and the sea current is very strong it is NOT suitable for children
From time to time there are a lot of sea weeds and if you problem with that be aware

Actually we have stayed for 3 days , washroom is not so good bit conjusted.
Initially they gave some normal room after raising a concern they gave room with better view,beach view was good.

I do not understand the good reviews here. The hotel area is really nice and the staff very, very friendly and helpful. However, the management sells between 200 and 650 day passes for the public area of the hotel every day and therefore the resort is completely overcrowded. No trace of peace and relaxation. Our stay was a nightmare. But again: the staff was great!

This place has original taste balinese architectur.

Beautiful lush Grounds. It's an old resort and the rooms and main pool need an upgrade but staff are excellent and the restaurants on site are off a high standard. The lawn area of the beach side grill is beautiful in the evening.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is magnificent, and the appearance looks very angry! The landscape and greenery are very good.
The wifi network in the room is satisfactory.
The beach and pool are pretty good.
However, don't expect any 5 star rating for the facilities in the room, because it is too old.
There are rust on the hangers, and some facilities (such as clotheslines) are not available.
Breakfast is not good enough, just have a full stomach.

Finally, the gym is small, the facilities are average, but the people are super... very quiet.

Nice and cozy place for family... But mine well too big in area and hell lot of walking required to go from one room to either of reception or spa or gym or swimming pool or restaurant...

Ayodya is a magnificent place, traditional but in the same time modern in all its aspects. The view, the services and the food quality are of really high level and I totally recommend it for couples, family or friends vacation.

It's an old resort. It's got an amazing infra-structure, mostly the beach-leasure related, and staff was very attentive. Room was a bit tired, the kind that only a full refurbishment and replacement of furniture would help. Prices are basically Australian, and some things like a glass a Coke 290ml can cost over $4 AUD. Meals can be much cheaper at the Bali Collection (Nusa duas mall) which is already expensive if you compare to the REAL Bali (outside of Nusa Dua). At check-in the agreed late-checkout time was not put into the system. I've reported a massive safety issue to 2 different staff and when I got to reception 2h later no one knew about it. I've shown photos and I am still to hear back, otherwise I will have to edit this review.
It is good for relaxing, but after spending 8 days travelling to different spots across the islands, a resort feels way too plastic and without a soul, as the line that separates yourself and the staff, as human beings, is massive.

This was a great resort, very quiet and private area. The pool and beach was the highlight. A little dated but more traditional decore. Overall great if you want to relax by pool and beach. Staff are amazing

A must visit if you ever go to Nusa Dua beach.
Very nice beach club with so many places to sit; close to the beach under the sun or under a shadow with a view at the white sandy beach.
The whole beach club is so nicely decorated, we couldnt get enough of this place and stayed untill the evening.
Entrance fee is 250 IDR: 50IDR for a towel and 200IDR for food and drinks (very good choices in food and drinks, ok maybe its a little bit more expensive then other places but is definitly worth it).

Great location and amazing service! Some small plumbing and electrical issues because it is showing its age from original construction in the 90s. A bit pricey for food and drinks when comparing to local areas...about twice as much...but food was excellent mostly.

Leisure is space, style, and the most important - people.
Other things for real travelers do not matter.

Elite tuning located in the btdc area of Bali, the place is very spacious and suitable for holidays.

This is truly an excellent resort which provided a 5-star experience in every way they could, from the welcome, to the room and customer service, all the way to the amenities offered. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a comfortable, luxurious and cultural time in Bali.

It was a beautiful place full of resort feeling!
We were able to walk to the sea from the facility and the pool was great.
There were many people in Europe and America, and it was a comfortable hotel.

Very nice hotel resort rooms ok large maybe a few cabinets but it does not bother the cool large pools direct access to the ocean only minus is quite high eny food and other services compared to external at the same level. I do not recommend the Bali Collection next to the hotel cheap and expensive.
