Bad organization. This company is there to provide assistance to the weak, but partly due to administrative chaos and understaffing, contractual obligations are not being met. If you are about to choose Axxicom as your healthcare provider, please think twice.
A star is actually too much. Help does not show up, there is no communication or a call back. Bills are incorrect, I am not called back about that either. Very sad and poorly functioning organization.
Bad toko. Regular employee of my father goes well deserved on vacation for 3 weeks, but "there will be a replacement" .........
of course waiting all day, but NO REPLACEMENT COMES !!
So again expensive 0900 number called, of course Mr. Santos does not call back, after calling again you leave behind the slogan "but this afternoon would it work?" after which nobody will come again that afternoon.

and because of the "crowds", the phone will not be answered at the "service desk", or you will not be called back, and there is no help yet.
BAH. this organization relies on weaker people in society instead of helping them.
Some helpers are good, some are not, you do that with human work. The higher ones have 0 empathy for their target group. They are only concerned with the money. Certain regional managers are disrespectful to the needy and also to the help, if you have a heart for your target group as help, it is not easy to work there.
What an irregular mess at this company. Nobody knows what has been discussed with the client and / or employee. A lot needs to be done on communication within the company. Regional coach makes promises that she does not keep, not calling back, not taking steps, and certainly not answering the phone. If the lady in question does, she is certainly not the nicest and anything but friendly! Very unreasonable too, by the way. Time for the lady to adopt a different attitude or if she does not like the work to look for another job.
Unfortunately 1 star is still too much for this company.
