Very, very thorough. Took 2.5 hours to go over a townhome we are considering buying, and found details and issues we never would have seen. Explained everything clearly, including what fixes might be available and how much things might cost. Gave us a great sense of the condition of the property.

Sean B. was our certified inspector and he was excellent! He allowed, and encouraged, me to follow him around so he could should me everything I needed to know, or could ever want to know, about my new home. Sean was very thorough and worked efficiently. He was also extremely friendly; I highly recommend Sean as well as Axium inspections. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about this process, but with Sean and Axium I never needed to be!

On time, professional, observant, cleaned up after themselves, wrote a tremendous report, did a search for all permits pulled on the property, handled Radon and Sewer Scope, and did it for a very fair price. One stop shop right here!

Went in search of a reasonably priced professional reliable Radon Mitigation Company and I hit pay dirt with Axium Inspections. They were reasonable in price compared to others. They knew their stuff (I had some background info). They were on time but took time to make sure I knew what was done and what I needed to monitor in the future.

Jeff from Axium exceeded my expectations as my home inspector. He was extremely knowledgeable and not only pointed out problems, but told me how to fix the issues myself. My husband had a great experience with Axium when he bought is house in 2009, so we used them again now that we're buying a house together. They were very accommodating of our schedule - we called on Saturday and scheduled our inspection for Monday. The inspector was knowledgeable and very thorough. He was patient in answering our questions and encouraged us to call him if we had questions later. The inspector found that our radon level was too high, so we will be using Axium for our radon mitigation as well. We couldn't have had a better experience and would recommend Axium to anyone!

Matt Stagl was our inspector and he was awesome. He took the time to explain to us what he was looking at, what that means for us as a home owner, and its possible impact on our home purchase. His in depth inspection found possible mold in our house. We were able to have it mitigated thanks to the very detailed report, and feel safe moving our children into the home. This was my second Axium inspection and if I ever move again, there will be a third.

It seems rare when an experience exceeds the expectation. Yup. Jeff Krause was awesome. Incredible. My wife and I are in the process of buying an older home; with that comes a certain amount of trepidation. Jeff took a lot of the anxiety out of the process. That's a big deal. He was extremely thorough and and attentive to all details. He allowed me to tag along with him throughout the entire process -- a little more than five hours - and explained what he was seeing and measuring in a way that a mechanically senior could understand. The support staff at Axiom also was quite helpful. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly.

Had Matthew Stagl as our inspector. He was thorough, took pictures, and walked us through the pictures and/or through the house: Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. He answered my growing list of questions and never talked down to me. I never felt as though he was answering me questions simply to cover his job and he gave realistic options to resolve some of our potential issues. We never felt rushed and he encouraged us to ask him questions along the way. Great experience and would highly recommend him specifically!

Installation of Radon mitigation system. Went as planned, professional, informative and well-executed. Was a half hour late arriving but that did not really cause me any concern as he was very professional, he apologized and did excellent work. Overall happy with the work and performance.

Update as of 6/24/16 - The company has made sincere efforts to apologize a multitude of times and reached out with a gift card for a pet store as an olive branch. I appreciate their consistent attemps to make amends and acknowledge Trish specifically in regards to this matter.

"Certified inspector" Michael Turpen "NACHI ID #13122404" inspected my home for sale today and managed to leave my fence gate wide open and unlatched which allowed my 2 dogs to escape and run away freely through my neighborhood. Thank God I looked out the window and saw them and was able to chase them both down after 20 minutes. They could have been hit by cars or stolen. My property was also left unsecured and could have been robbed. I am extremely pissed off. I called to complain and all the customer service woman told me was "she would log it in the system," which means nothing. I will be posting this review to every site I can think of. Do not use this company, they will endanger your property, belongings, and pets!
