I installed my solar system in Austin back in February 2020, and the experience has been far from smooth. I’ve already had two microinverters replaced, and now I’m dealing with recurring fuse failures. Since the warranty expired, I was charged $250 just for a service call to replace one fuse, only for it to blow again three days later. The system has been offline since June 1, 2022, and nobody has stepped up to resolve the persistent issue. Axis Solar claims the problem lies with Centerpoint, but they haven’t provided a clear explanation for why the fuses keep failing or what they’re doing to fix it. On top of that, the Enphase app only shows our energy consumption, not production, which makes it hard to verify performance. I’ve sent a demand letter, but I still haven’t received a direct answer as to why they can’t get my panels working. For a $44,000 investment, you’d expect better service, but Axis has fallen short. They are also failing to meet the contract guarantee for monthly energy production. My neighbors use a different provider with similar panels and have had no issues, which highlights how poorly Axis is handling their support. I am completely at my wit’s end with their terrible customer service and lack of accountability. Do not recommend Axis Solar. Choose a different company.
