Dock bumpers received within a week. Everything went very well.

No star for me (a thin one can not). I bought a devil electric monte marche, provided in the description for a chagre of 550 Kg. For a sum of 4465 ht. The technicians are unable to climb steps with a compact load of up to 250 Kg. Because it brings them back to the front, it takes a person below, which is strite not recommended in the instructions. I called several times to understand, if we used it well. Their only answer is the video on their site to go see. We even had a chain that broke, we scrubbed the human catastrophe, but damaged a machine. Axess on the phone told me he does not even take the chain under warranty (the devil at 6 months). And when I told him that we could not even walk with 250 Kg on it. He told us that it came from us. I asked him to come and give us a demonstration, and that if it came from us I would pay him his travel expenses. He told me it's not possible. So I offered him to go to Strasbourg with the devil and a machine .... he told me that it is not possible, that it did not work like that at home. And that he never had a problem with these devils. What I highly doubt.
We will make an expertise on a machine.
If someone lives the same situation, that he leaves a message, we could exchange together and thus lead a common action.
The guy on the phone in the end told me to go for a coffee to relax .... it joined the comments: a team at the top!

Very bad experience with this service provider: if you have an after-sales service return, do not count on an answer for a good month, which for me was negative. The T & Cs of this site are abusive (in fact illegal) and prevent any return of product.

A society really not up to par. Outdated and unpleasant after-sales service, no follow-up on our file and the information we provided. Deplorable communication.

I put two stars because the carpets ordered are of good quality, but the various exchanges, by phone or by email deserved just one star. And even ....

I received a simple billboard at 70 euros per package, completely damaged when the package was opened (large hole in the middle). The carrier having left in a breeze, he did not leave me time to check the contents of the package.

I called Axess Industries directly to return the package (photo support), but they did not want to know. No return possible, no commercial gesture, 70 euros lost.

I do not recommend anyone to buy items on this site ...

Order received non-compliant, a month and a half of promises is an unreliable company to flee !!!!!!!! that lies and the height of all, they try to make us a haircut on the return, to flee you are warned. Forewarned is forearmed........

I have unfortunately not read the reviews before ordering.
Like many people, I did not receive the right order. Their site displays photos not conforming to the product, and has no return system. As said Vincent Kernacker of the commercial department "This is indicated in no FT we can not resume or exchange the material".

The worst commercial service I have ever encountered !! an unusual contempt for the customer! Product received broken with 1 month delay on the delivery announced, without explanation, without response to my multiple requests for follow-up information by email. Regarding breakage, Access Industrie rejects my request for return of product on the pretext that I did not declare damage to the carrier and in fact they can not turn against him. I inform them of the fact that I have not received the package personally, that the signature upon receipt has no value and that I therefore could not find the defective product until after the carrier had passed. Important information that I send them: the package arrived in immaculate condition and very well packed, and the missing hinge on the product is not present in the box, which means a defective product before sending. I receive an automatic email telling me that I have no recourse and that my request is rejected. Access Industrie sends me a satisfaction form in full litigation !! the joke .. I take this opportunity to repeat for the umpteenth time my problem, I'm good, it's not the fault of the carrier, so it's up to them to take responsibility. One answers me once again that without declaration at the time of the reception of the parcel by the deliveryman it cannot be turned against him !! Deaf dialogue, I try by phone .. I fall on their answering machine at 4:00 p.m. .. I am exhausted .. I give up ... I do not recommend anyone to order from this unsavory company.

Professional, open to the specific needs that we have at restaurants du coeur, ultra-fast response and delivery times and a friendly transporter who unloaded by hand with us because we do not have a stacker. Thanks again

I rarely leave comments, but I wanted because for my part, contrary to what is said much, I was replaced without complaining a cart that had been damaged transport. They could have told me that it was up to me to check on delivery.

I ordered from them but the availability was wrong but no one saw fit to warn me, so I had to rent what I ordered.

Disastrous !!!! I have never heard so many lies for a product return! it's anything, I do not recommend this company or reign lies, incompetence and so on ... how do they manage to be still standing !!!!!!! read the reviews before ordering you will save time and money believe me ........
