The worst commercial service I have ever encounter...

The worst commercial service I have ever encountered !! an unusual contempt for the customer! Product received broken with 1 month delay on the delivery announced, without explanation, without response to my multiple requests for follow-up information by email. Regarding breakage, Access Industrie rejects my request for return of product on the pretext that I did not declare damage to the carrier and in fact they can not turn against him. I inform them of the fact that I have not received the package personally, that the signature upon receipt has no value and that I therefore could not find the defective product until after the carrier had passed. Important information that I send them: the package arrived in immaculate condition and very well packed, and the missing hinge on the product is not present in the box, which means a defective product before sending. I receive an automatic email telling me that I have no recourse and that my request is rejected. Access Industrie sends me a satisfaction form in full litigation !! the joke .. I take this opportunity to repeat for the umpteenth time my problem, I'm good, it's not the fault of the carrier, so it's up to them to take responsibility. One answers me once again that without declaration at the time of the reception of the parcel by the deliveryman it cannot be turned against him !! Deaf dialogue, I try by phone .. I fall on their answering machine at 4:00 p.m. .. I am exhausted .. I give up ... I do not recommend anyone to order from this unsavory company.
