I'm not rating the doctor, but the people managing the appointments who are extremely unprofessional on so many levels and unmindful of people's time. I had an appointment on 15/05/2017 at 5:30PM. This appointment was made more than a week back. I was at the clinic at sharp 5:29PM. The receptionist told me that I'm 6th in the waiting list. I was puzzled and confused as to how I'm in the waiting list even after booking a week in advance, as it defeats the whole purpose of making a prior appointment. I still waited patiently and the time was 7PM. 5 of them mentioned in the waiting list cleared their appointments and when I wanted to enter the doctor's room, a guy from the reception came and notified another patient and requested to proceed next. This patient was clearly not in the waiting list and came 30 minutes after my arrival. I went to the reception and requested for clarity. A lady bluntly told, she will call my name and asked me to wait. I was a bit upset but still wanted to give another chance by waiting. This patient went in and as he was about to exit after his consultation, the lady from the reception came and notified 2 other patients who came much later than me, that they can go next. I lost hope and stepped out without consultation as I had to keep up another commitment at that time. It's time that professionalism starts kicking in all service industries, be in public or government sector.
