AVS Clinic Review

I'm not rating the doctor, but the people managing the appointments who are extremely unprofessional on so many levels and unmindful of people's time. I had an appointment on 15/05/2017 at 5:30PM. This appointment was made more than a week back. I was at the clinic at sharp 5:29PM. The receptionist told me that I'm 6th in the waiting list. I was puzzled and confused as to how I'm in the waiting list even after booking a week in advance, as it defeats the whole purpose of making a prior appointment. I still waited patiently and the time was 7PM. 5 of them mentioned in the waiting list cleared their appointments and when I wanted to enter the doctor's room, a guy from the reception came and notified another patient and requested to proceed next. This patient was clearly not in the waiting list and came 30 minutes after my arrival. I went to the reception and requested for clarity. A lady bluntly told, she will call my name and asked me to wait. I was a bit upset but still wanted to give another chance by waiting. This patient went in and as he was about to exit after his consultation, the lady from the reception came and notified 2 other patients who came much later than me, that they can go next. I lost hope and stepped out without consultation as I had to keep up another commitment at that time. It's time that professionalism starts kicking in all service industries, be in public or government sector.

excellent and he identified my neuro problem one small test and rectified my disce with tablets (only three tablets) and now i am perfectly ok. He give free treatment for poor patient with food. It is very great and without taking any donation from anybody and his own money. He is devotee of Prasanthi SATHYA SAI BABA and blessed him very much and he meteralised hisPatham for his services.

relatives had treatment and response was prompt but the number of patients is very high so very long waiting time

Sir is one of the best doctor in neurology , he given best medicines for my father nerves problems and he recovered a lot, sir is very patient and cool, listen all your problems carefully. sir give excellent treatment without seeing my father old history and identified the problem and told what medicines he taken earlier..i extremely happy with sir diagnosis. thank you sir.

The doctor is a humble man with lots of experience & does the diagonsis aptly....but im very disappointed with the way the services are offered like whenever you call the receptionist never answers the phone calls & also she & the doctor entertains patients who come to them with references which means there is no to zero waiting time for those who meet the doctor with reference. Whenever i get appointment, i had to wait atleast 2 hours to see the doctor. Requesting doctor to reconsider the waiting time of each patients.
