This place burns through temps. Low pay for the area. Lots of people have been here a long time, but don't let it fool you. Most disorganized workplace I've been a part of. The jobs aren't hard, you aren't going to wear yourself out here. But the politics are disgusting.
Another thing, instead of training you on their ways they will test you. They just let you mess things up or do them how you always have but then have a talk with you after. You won't see any training or guidance. It's just test after test.
