Lousy service ... Salespeople take too long to get quotes back, you can't get telephone contact ... Most of the time I stop buying from Avery to buy from a competitor, for customer service.
Rumors are said to be a great company, both in terms of customer service and valuing their professional. I come here to edit my response regarding the support that Avery Dennison's commercial department gave to promptly answer my requests. I keep my frustration in the commercial relationship due to countless aggravations that I went through, however the material provided is very good. It only irritates me the wear and tear I have to go through due to problems in Avery's supply chain and its demands (some misplaced) on my credit limits.
I have visited Avery a few times and I have nothing to complain nor the service nor the facilities. A very well-organized plant, clean, with great dining and top quality products and technology.
