Worst IT service in the business. Worst customer service, I've had in a long time. If you like being treated like you do not matter, this is your place.

My guess is most of the five star reviews are not authentic.

Makes a lot of sense for a small business like us to use Avatara from a financial perspective. Don't have to tie up resources on an IT department or hardware.. Don't have to worry about it either.. Flexible work setting and able to get to my desktop anywhere.. Staff is easy to work with, professional and very responsive 24 hours a day. Never had an issue getting a support ticket opened quickly. From a small business perspective, highly recommend!

With all IT, learning how to do new things and understand new platforms is hard and frustrating. It is no different with Avatara. As the time has gone on and I have allowed myself to let go of how I used to do things, it has become easier and more enjoyable. I am able to get help 24/7 when I run into an issue during my insomnia working hours. They seem knowledgeable and have always been incredibly nice, fast and easy to work with. When something is needed urgently or a problem arises, they have always been quicker than anticipated and are fair on resolutions. Would I say they have no flaws? No, everyone has things they can improve on but they take the criticism well and have found solutions for things that work for our business.

Very quick and courteous customer service. I really appreciate that they are available 24 hours. Especially with the remote work it is good to know that help is only a chat box away!

Slow and unreliable. Absolutely do not recommend. Cost us a week of productivity, with all servers and emails down. When their system is working properly, server connections and cloud desktop are infuriatingly slow and unreliable. Support calls are answered, but they're also far, far, far too common and often involve the same issues repeatedly.
