Are they still in business? We are an existing client and I tried contacting our Client Relationship Manager. He must be gone because I received an e-mail from support with a ticket number saying they would contact me within one business day. After three business days, no call back. I called the support number and was told to leave a message. I followed the link and set up a call time with an agent. They did not call. I contacted them for the fourth time and could not get through to support and left a message. Still no call back.

Can you imagine if there was a critical issue with our payroll and support would not call back? Employees would not get paid. I have learned one thing over the years - you do not mess with employees pay.

So, either they are out of business or their customer support does not exist.

Update: Three days after posting this review, I received a call from Elisha (Director of Client Success) apologizing for my treatment and asked me to call her back. I returned the call that day and had to leave a message. I called again two days later. It has been four days since she reached out and I am still waiting for a call back. Are they really interested in our Success? We would like to upgrade their software but cannot find anyone to talk to us.

I have notice since Avanti staff working from home. The quality of service has gone down the tubes. You call the 1-800 number and wait, then receive a message to leave a message. You call back again the same issue. Than you send a email and you mark urgent and you receive a ticket and no one responds. You call one staff member and issue is not resolved. You call back and no staff communicates to find out or you get the run around. You are subjected to new staff and explaining over and over again. All top staff moved on and you have to wait for them to send a response to their community chat. Than you have to repeat the same issues all over again. The IT team do updates and changes, the clients get hit with the errors the IT makes and you have to suffer the hours of waiting to get back in or not able to use the program.

After I sold my company I was then a one-person show. I had all the CRA and Service Canada filings and I had some delayed payroll to run. I had never used Avanti as I had staff that did this but they were no longer my staff. I contacted Avanti and they assisted me from my first call and up to all the filings and documents T4 s included they were with me the whole way. They held my hand and tolerated my total lack of understanding and got me to where I can find stuff but most of all, I know I can count on all of the, Michel stands out. He has had many an early morning call to get me through things. Everyone I have spoken to has gone far and beyond to help. Working through the program with them it is clear it can do EVERYTHING. I recommend Avanti but mostly I recommend the people!
