I have notice since Avanti staff working from home...

I have notice since Avanti staff working from home. The quality of service has gone down the tubes. You call the 1-800 number and wait, then receive a message to leave a message. You call back again the same issue. Than you send a email and you mark urgent and you receive a ticket and no one responds. You call one staff member and issue is not resolved. You call back and no staff communicates to find out or you get the run around. You are subjected to new staff and explaining over and over again. All top staff moved on and you have to wait for them to send a response to their community chat. Than you have to repeat the same issues all over again. The IT team do updates and changes, the clients get hit with the errors the IT makes and you have to suffer the hours of waiting to get back in or not able to use the program.
