Avante Partnership Review

Drove far out for no reason, kid on the phone told me it was NOT door to door sales. I got there and found out that it is basically door to door sales they just have a list of houses where potential customers may live. they tried to convince me that their door to door system was different than others but yet I d still have to show up to peoples houses UNANNOUNCED to sell Verizon packages, which I explained over the phone before the interview I did not want to do. I was also told over the phone that an hourly wage plus commission was a possible form of pay. And when I was being interviewed they tried to convince me that a commission only pay would suit me, it would probably take months before you made any money at this company. People were nice but I was lied to over the phone and misinformed. Seems to me like they just wanna use and munipulate young kids with a strong work ethic if I were u I wouldn t bother going in for an interview unless you enjoy door to door sales. And I find it quite HILARIOUS that whoever in charge of their google account targeted my Facebook account in their comment below, calling me unprofessional and immature, I find that to be very unprofessional itself, and it demonstrates the level of maturity and professionalism within your own business, quite sad to be honest.

Avante Partners is truly a place where you can grow career wise and also in your personal life. I ve learn so much. This company not only help me with my career path but also helped me develop as an individual. The work environment is contagious and lifts you up positively. Everyone is willing to help in your growth. What amazed me the must is that management is involved in your training and development. I ve never been a part of a company that genuinely wants to see you succeed and WIN!

I applied through career builder and was called for an interview. My interview experience was great.They are very honest and clear about explaining job responsibilities and positions which I liked the most.Appreciate their time and consideration!

I spoke with a recruiter at a job fair about interning with Avante Partners and was offered an interview a couple months later. Everyone was very helpful and nice, almost too nice to be genuine. The interview itself went smoothly and I was offered a second interview (they do a 3 round interview process for all positions), however, the actual job functions were never really discussed beyond the fact that it was an internship. The interviewer didn't seem very interested in telling me about the position itself but instead talking up the work environment that Avante Partners offers. I'm sure it can be a fun place to work, however, it took me asking him directly exactly what the job was for him to confirm that they we're hiring for door to door sales people. I'm not saying they're a bad company, I just felt like they were very misleading as to what the job actually entailed. In short, don't apply unless door to door sales is what you want to do

Great learning experience and opportunity. The management training program offered a great opportunity for me to learn sales, marketing and recruiting, and how to train and teach these skills to others. The work environment is also really fun and everyone genuinely cares about each other's success.

I have just started working here and I must say I am happier than ever. They not only teach you how to grow but how to help others grow with you. Their support and your hardwork all together makes you a much more confident person. Totally young ambitious individuals. I am glad to be a part of this Team.

I came in for an interview and I thought it was going to be another door to door sales company. Turns out they are a legit sales and marketing firm that are hired by large companies like Verizon to handle outside sales to consumers at their homes, with customers already provided. I'm surprised at how upfront they were about it, and they didn't need to hide behind anything because they were so confident in where they were going. It just made me respect what they do more.

Working at Avante Partners was an amazing experience that I will never forget. The work environment is the best I have experienced and was really incredible to be surrounded by such hard working and driven people. That being said, this job will show you how to work hard and you will reap the benefits for doing so. I have learned more in my 3 months here than I have had in all my jobs in the past. You will learn how to do sales, interviews, train and public speak. Thank you to everyone at Avante Partners for the opportunity you guys gave me and for making me feel like I was part of a family.

Worked here for 3 weeks. The job was very misleading from the beginning. They spend so much time trying to memorize scripts for door to door sales they loose any creative quality sales people might have. You will spend 6 days a week walking door to door for 8+ hours a day. Pay is very bad as it is 100% commission and you'll be lucky if you make 2 sales a week no matter who you are. Also, if the customer cancels their subscription the company deducts the sale from your future paycheck.... Overall, this company was just smoke and mirrors and using young college graduates to make door to door sales.

This is a company with absolutely no morals. They rely on deceit to trick people into door to door sales. Part of DevilCorp

Best learning experience and great opportunity here. In a first month I learned a sales system, professionally interviewed on behalf of the company, and trained a new individual I brought on as well. Tremendous experience to bring to new companies, as well as the work environment is unlike anywhere I ve worked. Young ambitious individuals.

People were pleasant but during my interview I realized the job I applied for in management was just to get applicants to start off in door to door sales and was also informed that they do not hire managers from out of the company just internal promotions. It was misleading for sure.
