I spoke with a recruiter at a job fair about interning with Avante Partners and was offered an interview a couple months later. Everyone was very helpful and nice, almost too nice to be genuine. The interview itself went smoothly and I was offered a second interview (they do a 3 round interview process for all positions), however, the actual job functions were never really discussed beyond the fact that it was an internship. The interviewer didn't seem very interested in telling me about the position itself but instead talking up the work environment that Avante Partners offers. I'm sure it can be a fun place to work, however, it took me asking him directly exactly what the job was for him to confirm that they we're hiring for door to door sales people. I'm not saying they're a bad company, I just felt like they were very misleading as to what the job actually entailed. In short, don't apply unless door to door sales is what you want to do
