Recently attended interview with the Avance Consulting, with interviewer Rakesh Singh of Avance consulting. The experience is not satisfactory because I have given the information and all i have achieved in the previous professional experience and even though I have experience that they are looking for, But they only the interviewer had only asked about why you have not pursued the other education field why do you choose Degree rather than engineering and in 30 minutes span of interview the questions he have asked was irrelevant and he judged me upon the education choosing rather than professional experience I have got on the respective role/job.
I feel like I was not interviewing for job , I feel like discussion with an education counsellor

Place where a you get opportunity to build your career. Great working environment. If you are planning to grow in recruitment industry this is the destination for you..

Locals cant work here only people from Delhi can work

One of the worst HR Department you will ever come across. They just do time pass with candidates and there is a girl with specs who just time pass with candidates and wont call back the candidates worst HR.

One of the worst company I have come across. They call and schedule interview

And when you reach the interview venue they make you wait for a long time and in the first round itself they will say please wait for the further rounds.

Your profile does not match our criteria. If profile doesn't matches then what, is the point in conducting the interview when you have already gone through my resume through email.

Don't ever attend the interview they only do timepass in name of interview.

This was my previous Review = (Worst infrastructure and worst ambiance with no car parking. Sad place) and Now This place has totally changed with infrastructure as well as car parking facility also changed my mind and still people put some comments after me everybody has problems and now you can have hope. simply best place not that i am resolved my problems but you can expect some solution its just you need to have patients.

Avance Consulting : It is named as an organisation but once you get a chance to enter Avance consulting you will get a feel of your second home.
Excellent place to grow as a professional.
Completed more than a decade in staffing industry.
Well maintained business relations with major clients.
I m working here from almost 2 years and never felt like giving up on any thing,,
Individual will never get demotivated at work.
