Auxadi Review

Bad experience at all levels (interviews, hiring, staff ...). I would not recommend it to anyone, the worst ETT I have worked with.

Working in Auxadi is playing in another league. Despite being an international firm with several branches and a large workforce, it is worth mentioning the close relationship and good internal organization. Highly recommended

Auxadi is the perfect company for those of us who are passionate about technology. Shortly after moving to Madrid and starting my MBA I met Auxadi and entered with a scholarship in the Project Management area. Since then I have been involved in international and multi-disciplinary teams, learning about new technologies and ways of working, which have allowed me to expand my knowledge in the areas of Business Strategy and Business Intelligence, much more even than what I learned in my career or master. Four years later and now leading the area where I entered as a fellow, I can say that in Auxadi promoting is possible, you have the opportunity to get to know the business in depth, to work hand in hand with industry experts and partners around the world, you have a professional development plan and, which is very important to me, the possibility of contributing back to society through their CSR initiatives.

I would not recommend it to anyone, especially the labor department, it works the worst.

When I applied for Auxadi, I did so with conviction and insistence because I knew that the commitment to ethics, excellence and professional development of its employees was its banner. Fortunately, I have been part of the team for almost half a year and in a short time the company has given me the opportunity to grow, showing me that the career plans in Auxadi are real. In the difficult context that we have been going through, the company has watched from the first moment for our safety and comfort, flexing so that we can all continue working without problems and comfortably. I have been working in Auxadi for about 6 months.

The work is intense with very ambitious deadlines but there is a lot of room for improvement and personal and professional growth.

Great workplace, as a foreigner I feel very comfortable in a very diverse and very warm environment. In a situation as complicated as that of the Covid-19, Auxadi not only did not take measures to dismiss or suspend work, but also became more flexible and allowed many of its employees and myself to work from our towns / countries / cities. originally. Simply admirable, something that confirms everything I previously thought, a very human company.
