Autumn Trails Apartments Review

Very poor management and maintenance. Aisha the property manager is horrible and does not know what she is doing. TRASH TRASH TRASH

Aisha the manager was so nice and patient and so was Heather. I would definitely recommend Autumn Trails.

While the apartment had updated appliances and new flooring, everything fell apart rather quickly. My car got towed due to a miscommunication at the leasing office. Scary place to live.

Aisha, Heather and Dave are very professional and friendly. They do good work and made sure my experience was a great one.

Raw sewage, cats breed and live underneath these buildings ;also all types of insects, mold inside walls. Sorry for referring anyone there. Management is very rude and one sided.

Ms. Aisha Mcclinton was the most help I've ever had for my first apartment hunt. I went to about 7 different apartments and she is the only one who took the time out her day (including all hours) to help me with the best attitude possible. She is a optimistic woman and I would come to autumn trials anyday with this kind of service. Thank you for helping me find my first apartment.

I like the apartments,they are nice the management is good ,I've been won a contest,Ayisha is really good at what she doing,she knows how to gfet you what u want,when u need she's always there for u ,every nice and friendly, wonderfully.

Aisha is the best DIRECTOR on the EAST SIDE of town.

As I was out looking at apts. I visited Autumn trails where I was greeted by Aisha McClinton the property mang. As she went over floor plans and what Autumn Trails had to offer she was very professional n thorough. I must say I was very pleased n what Autumn Trails have to offer ..... Again Thank you Aisha McClinton for that warm welcome

The reason there are 5 star reviews is because they sent out emails to all residents saying that if people left a 5 star review they'd be entered to win a prize. The email stated that if an employee is mentioned and given positive feedback they'd get a second entry for the prize. I think the prize was money on a gift card.

This complex doesn't care about its residents at all. Ive lived here for long enough to have written a bad review before and taken it down to give them another chance.

They don't deserve another chance.

First of all, it is not a safe place to live.

At night time people scream and fight in the parking lot. People scream for residents to call the police.

The cops block the road. Many times the news has been here to film things and with the multiple police cars its been impossible for me to either enter or leave.

They do not do maintenance requests that you need. Ive been inside the office over 3 times this month to ask for the same repairs. They write it down like its brand new every time and never follow through.

There is dangerous trash. Glass and jagged metal in the parking lot and grass the entire 5+ months ive been here. IF a piece of glass is cleaned up you can garuntee that they left something next to it that is JUST AS dangerous. And new glass comes up everywhere.

There are bugs. My dog has a flea collar and flea treatment and she gets baths. The fleas and bugs are constant. The 1 time that they actually did treat my apartment instead of just saying they treated it the bugs came back right away. Spiders everywhere.

There have been many stray cats living under the buildings.

I reported an employee yelling at me through the office walls and the people in charge absolutly dont care at all that I was harassed by their person. They never responded to me reaching out about the situation. Ever.

There isn't enough hot water to shower AND wash your hair. And i dont even shave.

A resident was staring through my window when I was sleeping.

It is cheap but it is cheap because of how poor everything is.

All the positive reviews about aisha: she doesnt work here any more. And she lied to a resident right in front of me, then admitted to doing it to me.

Also I can smell drugs being smoked from outside of my unit. I think i know where it's coming from but I can't be sure. I know what it is because my dad did drugs. I cannot say with 100% certainty that that is the case but I can say with 90% certainty that that is what I am smelling from this complex.

Edited to add: today i took my trash out and in the parking space next to my car was a 2 inch long nail in a piece of plastic, set standing upright. Someone left a circle of heavy plastic with a LONG nail in it right there to be driven over or stepped on. I garuntee you that it was long enough to go THROUGH a sneaker. Garuntee. My dog could have stepped on it. It is NOT SAFE at this apartment complex for children or pets. Or adults. Also there was a bunch of broken glass next to it but that is so normal here that it is a DAILY occurrence. This is not a safe place to live. All last night while I sat in my apartment unit talking to my friend, I smelled heavy drugs in my unit from my neighbors. Please save yourself an emergency room visit.

Went into the office spoke to Aisha about an apt. She is very professional and pleasant with a wonderful spirit. If you are looking for an apt or just seeking information to become a future resident please talk to Aisha.

Management and neighbors and new maintenance man begging for cigarettes problems with honesty with work orders and neighbors stealing and begging for my things and money

Stopped in looking for an apartment! Wonderful staff! Aisha was polite and energetic! Wonderful experience. Unfortunately no immediate availability for my time frame! Definitely keeping Autumn Trails in mind

I recently moved into Autumn Trails and I am very pleased with my place. It's is quite and tucked away. The staff are amazing and friendly and was helpful in my process of moving in.

I've been living at Autumn Trails Apartments, for 2 years! The office employees, Aisha, Heather and Dave. They're very professional, friendly, and caring! They're very attentive to your needs. I just moved in 2 months ago great place to live. Its quite nice people and Aisha the apartment manager does a great job of getting u settled in. Thanks Aisha a great host.

This place is very quiet. Managment keep the grounds and the units free of trash and debris. Units are reasonably price. Office staff are friendly and very accommodating.

I am currently looking for an apartment. I went into Autumn trails and spoke with the manager Aisha Easler and left feeling on top of the world. Her passion for her job, her personality put me on cloud 9. I was having an okay day but her exuberance and positivity is infectious!! Every place should have a manager like her!!

The leasing management and staff are very helpful, kind and efficient. They were very helpful throughout the whole process, explained all related details and worked diligently to finalize approvals. The place is well kept and in a nice area and the rent is fair and affordable.

My apartment had improved now I have wood floors it's healthy to live in.

Went into this office to get information on their property seeing that i am new to Indiana. Heather was very warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Aisha the Manager was polite, kind, and patient with me seeing that i didn't have all the info they needed off hand and allowed me search and find what it was i needed. Dave was the maintenance guy who showed me the apartment, he was able to answer all my questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend every to check this property out

Stopped by this little place and met the manager Aisha, I never had a manager text me after the fact saying they appreciate me. That really made my day she was very nice and professional. I'm definitely coming back to apply.

I called Autumn trails and spoke to Aisha about a client of mine getting an apartment. She was very professional and helpful. She assisted my client with everything she needed and asked me to send her over. Once we got there, Heather was very helpful with getting her an application and explaining the process. I had questions for the maintenance man (due to my client having bad experiences in the past), and Dave was very knowledgeable and reassured us maintenance request would be responded to very quickly.

Excellent customer service, the Property Manager, Eisha, went above and beyond to make certain we had a great move-in! Couldn't ask for a better place to live!

This is a nice quiet reasonable place to live. The property manager Aisha McClinton keeps this place up. She has a good staff behind her good work, Kesha and Todd!! If your looking for a place to live go see Aisha she will take care of you.

Ayesha and Keshia has been really great at working with me and my apartment needs. I was not judged by the ladies in the office and was given a chance to prove that you cannot judge a person by what s entered in a public file. I m greatly thankful for Aeisha and Keisha for placeing me in a great unit, location and for accepting me into the Autumn Trails Community. And not just taking my money( application fees, etc and then telling me no.

I visited the complex to view a unit that I had seen available online. The property was quite and well maintained. The manager on duty was very polite and helpful. She showed me the unit that was available and answer all of my questions. I look forward to moving in.

I ve been living here almost a year now. Aisha, the property director, is so helpful STILL.

I m looking for my first apartment. Stopped in to see Autumn Traisl because they are very reasonable. The entire staff was very nice. The manager Aisha took time to help the new leasing agent assist me in trying to find housing. Dave the maintenance man was nice as well. The entire staff was very nice and welcoming.

I have lived here for the last 3 years..I really enjoy my apartment. The manager Aisha has always been helpful..she honestly cares about her residents. Dave is doing great,and the new leasing agent Heather is really nice. I love living here!

This is a nice community, ran by a great property director Aisha, she s so nice if you looking for an apartment. You might can get in here but she keeps this place rented. The new maintenance guy Dave is one of the best one they ve had in a long time. Heather the leasing agent is awesome too. I would recommend this community food for your money.

Worst apartments they won't fix anything for you they will tell you they will and never do lady gets an attitude when we call for maintenance

Been here a year & I have no complaints. Like my apartment location & my apartment in general. The staff nice as well. I normally talk to Aisha but everyone I ve met in the office has been nice people, the maintenance guy Dave is cool people too... like I said I have no complaints at all... nice overall team they have in the office

Nice wooded area. Apartments have private entrances which is great. The property is under new management and have been improving maintenance/work orders.

Living here is pretty decent considering the area. It's mostly quiet and well kept and the units are kept up. Aisha is very nice and accommodating, and issues get handled in a timely manner. Over all I'm proud to call Autumn Trails home

I have lived here at Autumn Trails for five years . Aisha the manager is so extremely helpful to me as a tenant. Maintenance fixes repairs as soon as possible when I need it. And they're very efficient at their work. The complex is very well keep especially during winter season. This is the BEST complex I've ever lived in and I really appreciate it.

I want to give a huge thank you to Aisha for such an amazing tour. Never have I ever felt so welcome when viewing an apartment or apartment hunting. Great job Aisha

I had to return back to Autumn Trails Apartment too help my son find him a place. I went in last year and spoke to Aisha and she was great and was very nice. I would referred anyone too her location..if you go. Please make sure sure helps you.. THE BEST!!

Been here going on six years and have seen a lot of management come and go, this property manager has been the very best at her job and hope she continues to stay at the top of her job.

Aisha and Kesha are the most professional and respectful property managers I have personally experienced. The community is very quiet, laid back, and fun place to live. The ladies always have a sweet treat waiting for us in the leasing office. The maintenance man Todd is very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better maintenance man. If you want to live in a place where the property managers legitimately care about you then Autumn Trails is the place to live.

Best office and maintenance staff! Ms Aisha, Ms Keisha and Mr Todd are the best!!! They stay on top of any situation there is!!!!! Koodos to whomever hired them!!!!!!!!!

They do not keep their word. They don't complete work orders when you put them in. I put in a work order for my door months ago and they have yet to fix it, hence the reason I moved out. My safety was not taken serious. Maintenance is so lazy. He gave me a filter and told me I had to replace it myself for my AC unit. They've had 2 different property managers while I lived there. Be careful witg these apartments.
