Experience to forget.
Last Wednesday I called for a Mini Clubman Cooper D of 12/16 with 11.000km. On the phone I spoke with Mr. Mauro Ferri with whom I negotiated the purchase price of the car, unless I saw the person in question.
To make sure of the availability of the car in the late afternoon of Friday I called Mr. Ferri to communicate our intention to buy the car if still available (with "prayer" not to make us go to empty ...) which I confirmed the availability of the car.
Having said that, I communicated to Mr. Ferri that the following morning, Saturday, we would go to Milan to conclude.
On our arrival (after about 1 hour of waiting) Mr. Ferri candidly told us that the car had already been sold. Obviously every other pathetic attempt by Mr. Ferri to propose other Clubman (with characteristics, among other things, totally different from what we requested) has fallen to nothing.
So, publicly, I thank Mr. Ferri for the 240 + 240km made empty!
Note that I thought I was talking to a former car salesman (Bmw-Mini included ...) at the top of dealerships ...

In September I bought a car from them, I dealt with Adam R., a MINI consultant and I found myself very well, to appreciate the friendliness and competence regarding the type of vehicle proposed after listening to my every need.

I go in to buy a company car.
I politely await a free seller.
Two are busy on the phone, others with customers.
A manager arrives after 20 minutes and gestures to the salesperson on the phone.
Nobody offers me a glass of water, yet we are in BMW not exactly at ...
Another 10 minutes pass, he introduces himself and tells me, good evening, give me another 5 minutes that I have to make a phone call.
I politely reply, I'm sorry I've been waiting for 30 minutes, I'll be back another time.
In response he tells me: because what did he think he would do in 5 minutes!
It seems to me sincerely that these gentlemen have no sense of service.

The parking for customers, being shared with the gym, is often full, especially on Saturday mornings and therefore it is necessary to park a little further away.

Contacted several times both by phone and by email (for a used car worth 52,000), not really peanuts, they were never able to pass me a seller and the sellers I contacted by email did not even deign to answer. I wanted to know if the car was available to view for possible purchase in order to avoid making an empty trip. Very badly then, I receive emails and advertisements from them but ...... useless to do that if you do not follow up

After 50 minutes of waiting no one who comes to provide information on the cars on display ... you can go very well by other dealers who are more organized in the reception. Too bad because at least two models on display could be of certain interest

Approximately one year ago, I had left a positive review because I had been to see a Mini.
1 year apart from the damage, the mockery as they say.
I bought about 10 days ago a BMW X6, retreating into a great rainy day.
I do 20km to go home and park the car, the next day a dry car, I notice that the front windshield at 4/5 lumps, contact the seller Massimo immediately, who apologizes for what happened, tells me that they will take care of the change as it was a serious lack of them.
I make the appointment, which will be next week, in addition to having to slam back and forth, I repeat, due to a lack of them up to the center of Milan within 24 hours considering that I am coming from outside Milan, I must also pay 60 euros + VAT for 'replacement cars, diesel and my time in addition, after buying 45 thousand euro of damaged car.
Personally I make it a question of principle, whatever the amount for the replacement car was, I would not have been happy anyway, regardless of the 10 or 100 Euro, I would certainly have resolved it in another way.
If this is the beginning, hopefully good.

Leaving aside the purchase of a used car, withdrawn and returned because it is dirty, scratched and with water infiltrations. Car with one year of life with 30,000 sold as "perfect" but actually damaged, car sold as used internal instead revealed as coming from a rental company operating in the airports. for which I would have to proceed with a complaint almost two years after the purchase I was unable to obtain simple copies of documents such as insurance (stipulated with them) purchase invoice etc. etc.
Staff at the switchboard decidedly rude and unprepared for handling objections, they say that you cannot speak directly with the administration because first you have to speak to the salesperson! A. makes no sense and B. the salesperson is never available, the only alternative is to wait for their call.

it is the third BMW that I buy in the previous two dealers I have been treated impeccably but in this I cannot say the same, quite the contrary.
