The website was fairly easy to navigate, with clear sections for different features and pricing plans. I appreciated that there were useful resources available, like case studies and a blog, to understand the product better. However, I found the interface to be a bit cluttered and overwhelming at times. The design could be simplified to improve the user experience. While the product itself was functional, I didn't find it to be particularly innovative or groundbreaking. It met basic automation needs, but lacked some advanced features that other competitors offer. The customer support was average, nothing exceptional but they were responsive and provided assistance when needed. Overall, the experience with "Autopilot" was okay, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of simplifying the interface and adding more advanced features.
