The customer service of Autoninja needs improvement. The website design was average but they were responsive to my queries. Overall, an okay experience.

🚗👎 I recently tried out this car servicing website and I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. While the website is user-friendly and visually appealing, the service itself was just average. 😕 The prices were not as competitive as I had hoped and the quality of the work done on my car was just okay. There were some minor issues that were left unresolved, which was a letdown. 😒 On the positive side, the customer support was helpful and responsive. They were able to answer my queries promptly and were polite throughout the interaction. However, the overall experience was just underwhelming. Considering the hype surrounding this company, I expected more. While it's not the worst experience I've had, it definitely falls short of being exceptional. Overall, I would rate the company as average and suggest exploring other options before making a decision. 🤷‍♀️
