AWN is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. I was provided with empty promises by Rich Reinicke and Rob Davis. It's hard to believe that Rich is the Vice President of the company. His unprofessionalism and ignorance is appalling. The warranty admin assigned to our store was extremely slow, booked under what warranty should pay and was not up to date on Mercedes policy. Their excuse was "she is handling multiple stores". This response is not acceptable. After telling them we would be cancelling the contract and moving on, they became defensive and stated we had no idea what we were doing.

Our dealership paid AWN $5,000 dollars for training of our Warranty Admin during the transition which consisted of Jason Tuck sitting in her office for three days and providing little to no help. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. Once they figure out that they rely on us to keep their business a float, maybe they will get rid of Rich and hire someone competent.( I think his wife owns the company and that's the only reason he is in that position) If I was able to give them 0 stars, I would. I know many Service Managers that feel the same way. Luckily they are finding their own warranty admins and moving on.
