Mel from the VW Wangara service team went above and beyond to help me this morning. She organised for my car to be towed to the dealership and has kept me informed of the process. I am very pleased with the service I have received so far and my experience dealing with Mel has been very positive and helpful.

Carlo was fantastic. He made the sale very easy. He was very professional and friendly.

Great service from the sales man & all went very smoothly

Once you leave with your new vehicle any service you received goes with you.
I have had some issues with accessories that I had fitted when I purchased my new vehicle. I believed I was receiving all genuine parts - not the case!
I have had to chase up the aftercare department every single time, due to them never getting back to me.
After 2 weeks with no results I am fed up and have taken the vehicle elsewhere.
It s funny how efficient they were when they sold me these accessories......clearly only concerned with their commission.

Would be better if they did a proper clean the after the service, most other places do. Also asked to check out a possible oil leak. They said it was all good. Got home and oil still leaking, got Lube mobile out and found the leak in 2 minutes. Just needed a new washer. Worst place for a service.

Simply do not go to them for any service, they will rob you.
I received the quote from Wangara Volkswagen for my
2018 Tiguan, 2L petrol, 45000 km service cost $680.
Same service I have done at Repco Service center for $345.
Just call other services to get a quote and you will see how much you can save. Wangara Volkswagen charges double for same service.
If you want to waste your money then keep going to them for your car service.
When I asked why they are overcharging double they simply added other service work which is not required by the log book. I have never seen bigger criminals, they can look at your eyes and take your money for nothing. Wangara Volkswagen creates own service list and charge customers whatever they wants. Get another quote and save your money!

Poor customer service by from what i have been told is the assistant manager of service. If you can go elsewhere, I'd recommend you do.
In for a service and water pump and it was agreed two belts would be replaced. Pretty clear, TWO belts were mentioned, TWO belts were repeated back on the phone. Only one was replaced and brushed off that only one was mentioned and I would have to wait for the belt to be replaced if i wanted it done and charged for the additional labour. To finish it off the service book was never stamped or updated and I wont even discuss the extortionate pricing.

Truly nice variety of cars here. Bought family car in for service. Family find them very efficient and within price range.
