Depends on the dept one works in. Production and planning dept work culture in housing line is really bad. Too much politics and fire fighting in the factory. No personal life here.Worst company....even 1 star rating is too much for it.

It is an MNC company and a large manufacturer of axles for commercial vehicles.
If you are a job seeker and ready to do any works then go to this main gate. Many manpower contracts are giving workers to AAL as casuals or trainees. But, if the production or order is down then they will cancel your contract without any information. So if you're just looking for a job and you have sslc / puc / iti / engineering diploma, then go to this main gate and ask for joining.

It's a very old at the same time very good company for learning.

Worst environment to work, here security people and canteen severing people don't have manners how to talk with causal workers they always talk very rudely with the workers,and security officer name prakash always angry at only casual workers he treats like they are slave to him and behaves like rowdy with them
