Honesty is the best policy. Went by with my mother-in-law's car. Checked the battery i.v.m. the coming winter. Battery is 9 years old. After checking it turned out the battery is not yet necessary to replace.
Been out two weeks ago to buy another car. At the first garage it seemed as if they did not * want * to sell a car. Then we ended up in Hellevoetsluis. What a world of difference. A seller who thought and advised us. In short, we bought the car. And in the end it turned out to be ready even earlier than expected and I was allowed to take it with me, despite cases of illness due to the current Corona crisis. There is still a little something to be done, but no reproach given all the hectic on the one hand and yet so much flexibility on the other. It is that Hellevoetsluis is a bit far away from me, otherwise they would have a regular customer happy.
Toyota are super cars. You can't waste much on it. Provided they are well maintained. Louwman is a big name and have many sales locations. Would she recommend using a mystery shopper from time to time or doing a trial purchase to test the quality of the sellers

We were in time for a requested test drive last Saturday in agreement. Nobody at the reception, salesman in a room busy with other customers, so walked around the business and once again waiting in sight, but no contact. Two other people came in after us who were immediately helped by a second seller (apparently present). Nevertheless, we are still sitting at the waiting table. After waiting almost 25 minutes without any contact with us, we left. The following days we are not even called to apologize. Of course, no purchase will be made here anymore and the regular maintenance of our current Toyota will also be covered elsewhere.
Another point of improvement: the parking area of this dealer is always so full of cars that there is almost no parking for customers.
No spare parts at the Peugeot dealer. More than two weeks without air conditioning at an average of 28 degrees.
After six years of being gone back to Toyota and Louwman ... feels just as familiar and again very well and professionally helped!

Yesterday for my MOT. 2 small points which was solved by itself and returned today. 2 times very neatly hopped and a borrowed bike for free. They took their time for me despite the crowds and I was allowed to quickly do something about my car on the bridge itself. Really a top service free MOT as a new customer! I'll be back for sure, thank you!
