Do their very best to please the customer. The technical knowledge in the workplace is poor. Had my Renault 10x !! Bringing for failure lights that came on regularly, which later turned out to be a clogged vacuum tube. There is also a whole new gearbox used while I had previously said it was in the switch mechanism, after the new box was under it turned out idd. To be the switching mechanism. I just paid for that bin because it was largely a guarantee, but it didn't make sense. Furthermore, all the people who work there are very friendly and helpful, there is a pleasant atmosphere.

Have a software problem on my Laguna solved today at Dorzo. No fewer than 7 other dealers in the region either had no time, or didn't call back, or they didn't understand what was going on or they started talking about a cost of more than 600 euros because it would take a few hours of work. At Dorzo, after a brief telephone consultation, I was able to visit without an appointment. Super friendly ladies at the reception, there is a nice atmosphere in the showroom (I think very important). Coffee was immediately poured. Paul solved the problem within half an hour, for a few tens. As an entrepreneur, I am very fond of companies that are ready for customers and who understand what service looks like. So my next car comes from Dorzo Vlaardingen. A few years are still waiting, then it could become a Talisman station. People at Dorzo; thanks!!! I can go on holiday with my car without disruption. I received excellent assistance, I had nowhere to go with the heat to have my air conditioning repaired from my lease Traffic.
Was welcomed with open arms, received a replacement car.
Completely unburdened, I know where I will bring my car next and will certainly recommend this company to my colleagues.

I am certainly satisfied with Dorzo. Although you may also have to be with the right people. Paul the workshop manager and the gentlemen of the warehouse, Albert and Gerd are real toppers, always help (if possible) and as long as you remain reasonable and friendly, they make a lot possible.

Just drove away with a new Clio. The nice thing about buying a new car at this establishment is the lack of arrogance and the enthusiasm with which everything has gone! Many dealers of other brands that I have recently visited can learn something from that ;-)

For a while looking for a different / new Dacia and visited several dealers. Despite the fact that Dorzo is not nearby for us at all, bought our car there because we just had a lot of confidence in the seller. Fine service, pleasantly handled.

Car brought for the first service. Nice reception. Was brought home and picked up again. The criticism is that you have to pay for a replacement car for that day. That could be a little extra service. But otherwise nothing but homage.

Everything very well & quickly arranged: make an appointment (by phone), appointment confirmation, appointment reminder, hand in car - super friendly help, pick up car - again super friendly help. I was also very clear and fully informed. Very pleasant experience.

When making the appointment, details were already asked,
The air conditioner of my Laguna from 2006 has been cooling badly for a while and rattles when accelerating.
The phone has already indicated that this probably indicated that the refrigerant was being charged.
This would be out of the check and 99 Euro Incl. VAT costs

Visited today, at the counter the woman saw the rattling on the order and immediately told that coolant had to be added.

My reaction was, do that free check first and see if it is not a huge leak.

Lady only partially agreed but gave my key and waited.

10 minutes later the workshop manager came to have a chat,
the pipes were still cold during the check and he estimated that topping up would probably make the system work again.

I was technically inclined and was allowed to watch, because I wanted to know everything, he really showed and explained everything he did.

I never get to the garage and normally do everything myself. And am quite critical.

But system has been emptied, new oil and fluorine added, for possible later leak detection and 500 grams of extra coolant (there was still 300 grams in it) and with good result, the air conditioning is ice cold again.

Fine help and received a discount on refilling, which is normally only 99 euros when servicing the car. and otherwise more. 127 or so.

But he kept the appointment made by the counter and I was allowed to pay 99.
