Hi everyone, I bought a Ford fiesta st-line a year and a half ago, I'm doing this review now because I just wanted to see how I was, not much to say except that ... the staff is great, I speak both of the sales staff (excellent because it was very clear and is ready to find the best solution to what you are looking for and I have always found it available for any clarifications) and of the dealership part next door (excellent why? very professional, I have already done the tire change a couple of times and I had a great time, waiting time the right and regarding the Covid regulations I have nothing to object); Regarding the product, the machine has never given a problem and the whole part regarding the electrical system is under warranty in case something unexpected should happen. If you are looking for a Ford and you are in the area, drop by, I recommend it, you will not regret it.

We recently got a ford Puma.

The workshop solved a mirror problem very professionally without wasting time.

Positive experience. Booked an appointment by phone with the ford dealer in Silea. And here we got off to a good start, considering that with other dealerships they didn't even pick up the phone. Arrived in the sales room, at the scheduled time, we were greeted by Mr. Davide Lipari. Competent seller and attentive to our needs. I came with an idea of a car, but with Davide we discussed at length about the various choices I had set for myself. At one point he invited me to drive the Puma (125 hp in mild hybrid version) to make me change "vision" on the diesel version ..... and here the classic love at first sight (and contract signed!) Started. .... It was enough to choose color and options. Car delivered on schedule. Throughout this journey, Mr. Davide Lipari followed us step-by-step even with e-mail (out of hours) until delivery .... Thanks Davide .... PS: praise also to the workshop where, without notice, they put in place a technical problem.

very helpful and kind personal welcome but above all very competitive purchase price. As for the waiting times, they have been extended by 2 weeks but in the Covid 19 emergency there can be. Overall I was fine.

The seller of the new one (Mr. Francesco) is a young and very helpful person. He treated us with professionalism and attention. We are evaluating the purchase of a Galaxy, a demanding car from a cost point of view, if we decide to buy it we will do it from Automarca.

I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. During the sales phase I found the consultant very helpful and competent, able to understand my needs and advise me accordingly.
Once I signed the contract, I felt a little left out ... the responses to mails / messages / phone calls started to be less frequent, long waits at the dealership (up to 1 hour and a half) despite an appointment.
The car arrived with some flaws on the bodywork and I was promised it will be fixed.
I bought the car with the family pack which included the passenger seat with 4-way adjustment which, however, came to me in 2-way. From the price list it is not 4-way but 2-way. Same thing for the BLIS which was something I absolutely wanted on the car and I was told that it was included. BLIS, on the other hand, is not present in my car because it is included on an optional parking package, which at the time of my purchase was not among the possible options to choose from.
This shows little information on new products for sale.
I would like to point out that the dealership is working to resolve the seat problem.
The standard car is also not equipped with rear mats.
