I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership....

I recently bought a Ford Focus at this dealership. During the sales phase I found the consultant very helpful and competent, able to understand my needs and advise me accordingly.
Once I signed the contract, I felt a little left out ... the responses to mails / messages / phone calls started to be less frequent, long waits at the dealership (up to 1 hour and a half) despite an appointment.
The car arrived with some flaws on the bodywork and I was promised it will be fixed.
I bought the car with the family pack which included the passenger seat with 4-way adjustment which, however, came to me in 2-way. From the price list it is not 4-way but 2-way. Same thing for the BLIS which was something I absolutely wanted on the car and I was told that it was included. BLIS, on the other hand, is not present in my car because it is included on an optional parking package, which at the time of my purchase was not among the possible options to choose from.
This shows little information on new products for sale.
I would like to point out that the dealership is working to resolve the seat problem.
The standard car is also not equipped with rear mats.
