I recently had an experience that left much to be desired. The selection of vehicles was not as impressive as I had hoped, and the customer service felt impersonal. 😕 There seemed to be a significant lack of communication regarding lease terms, which led to some confusion on my part. Overall, I expected a more streamlined experience, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet that expectation. 🚗💭
