I recently had an experience with a transportation service that left much to be desired. The booking process was confusing and I encountered some serious delays without any clear communication from the team. 🚶‍♂️ While the vehicle itself was clean, the driver seemed unaware of the best routes, which resulted in a longer journey time than expected. Overall, I wish for a smoother and more efficient service in the future. 😕
