Awful service. Needed to replace side view mirror since someone hit mine in the morning. Called the paterson location for it, said they had it. Went there that afternoon they didn't have it, so ordered it. Quoted it would be there that day or the next. Finally came in 3 days later only to be the wrong side. Quoted another week again for it. Not ordering it the 2nd time, still waiting on the refund. They really don't care about service. Thought it was going to be smooth and convenient. Got me to the point that I actually took time out to comment. Won't recommend this place.

Autohaas is the go to for any of your vw/audi needs. You would be hard pressed to find better prices on anything that they have in stock. They usually have all those little hard to find parts that complete projects.

Unrealistic return policy. Purchased a VW transmission that had an internal issue. The transmission was installed at a VW dealership. Took the steps to diagnose and attempt to repair with documentation and added (dealership) cost. Told to ship defective transmission back on our dime to receive credit. Most auto recyclers would write a blind credit once the documentation and extra work was put in to try and correct an issue with their product. No this one. Buyer beware.

If I need a part, they have it. They are not willing to haggle but with the low prices, you won't need to. Service is fast and easy, just make sure you have your VIN or part # ready and they'll do the rest.

This is the absolute best place to get your euro parts. Usually have what's needed in stock and if they don't, they will usually have something in the next two weeks or so. Always treated me right and I can tell you that they stand behind their sales/service. #1 in my book!

Bought a used alternator for my TDI-swapped EuroVan and have put over 300 miles on it with no issues. It is a difficult part to find, and they had it. Very fairly priced, and the staff were very knowledgeable. Super nice guys, and I will be purchasing more parts from them in the future.

5/5! Needed a specific model of a blower motor because it s the only one that fits my VW and it s extremely rare to find (over $150 online/ebay). Josh and the team were extremely friendly and hell-bent on finding me this piece, and Josh even took the time to search for it on his own since he had a feeling it may have been in the junkyard lying around. Turns out he found the exact model I needed, and for $41 too, a steal! Excellent prices you just can t beat, but what makes this place special is the exemplary staff that will try their best to get you what you need. Autohaas has become my go-to source for both of my B5 and B6 audi needs when they call for quality recycled parts. Not to mention their haggle-free fair pricing, BUT they also offer warranty for used products that I would have never known existed or expected!
