I had the pleasure of working with Vladimir. Not only was he friendly, but he was extremely straight forward and honest. I came in looking to test drive a 2017 Santa Fe and found out it had been sold the day before. He found me a 2018 Santa Fe with all the features I was looking for without taking a long time. A few days after getting the vehicle, he had texted me to set up Blue Link, which was extremely easy to do. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Davie was outstanding. My girlfriend and I went in to see what they had for inventory and Davie made it super easy for us. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the vehicles and once we found the car we loved, Davie made it unbelievably easy for us to leave that day with a new car at an affordable price! He is the best in the business, hands down!

Not a huge fan of the buying process here. They attempted to upsell me multiple times on various models and financing plans. Ended up going to another dealership and having a much better experience, but they continue to contact me after I told them I would not be buying from them.

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had! If you're looking for a no hassle, no pressure, customer service friendly dealership that goes above and beyond for their customers, look no further! Doug, my salesperson made me feel so important and cared about.. such an awesome person! All of the Finance Managers were also so easy and relaxed to work with, which was a very nice surprise! Would totally recommend this dealership and Douglas Johnson especially- he's the MVP of sales in my opinion!

Wasted 2 hours driving here for my first service.. the passive aggressive service writer did everything but say he refused to do it because I didn t have enough miles on the car (I don t drive much) even tho I ve had the car for a year no worries tho I ll just go somewhere else.. attitude is everything - especially in customer service

Best of luck to ya if you decide to take a chance on this dealer like I did what a waste of time

UPDATE - The general manager did reach out to me via phone to resolve the issue I had. They offered to do the oil change for free and pick up and drop off my vehicle at home. So I will change my review to 3 stars

I just recently purchased a vehicle with Hyundai AutoFair. Had another great experience with them. Salesman are professional, they know the product. explained everything I needed to know, answered all the questions of had. Introduced me to service dept. this is not the first vehicle I purchased from Hyundai AutoFair, because of the service I always receive there. I feel great when I am there. This will also not be the last time I go. I referred some friends to Hyundai Autofair and they have been back since. looking for a comfortable vehicle purchase experience, AutoFair Hyundai the place to go.

Brandon was our salesperson. He was outstanding. He was concise, cooperative, and totally professional in his assisting us in purchasing our 2016 Traverse.

Austin, I assume in the bookkeeping/finance/documentation department was also outstanding. His explanation of the financial package was accurate and professional.

My wife has significant allergies. We requested through Brandon that they use no scented cleaners. They did a wonderful job.

I have only one small criticism. It was daylight when headed home (1.5 hour ride). As dusk set in, I turned on the lights. To our dismay the rear passenger taillights had 1-2 bulbs dead. I would have hoped the prep department would have replaced them before our departure. Fortuntely we did not get a ticket.

My overall rating is excellent. I highly recommend AutoFair Hyundai and especially Brandon.

I have been a customer of AF Hyundai for years. My wife and I are on our third and fourth new cars from this store. We will be going back for five and six, and won t even consider another store. AutoFair makes it easy and painless to buy a car, which is rare nowadays. They always take care of us in service, quickly and efficiently. They have multiple employees who have been there for years and years, which just goes to show you that not only is it a great place to shop, but to work as well. Happy employees make for a better customer experience. Shout out to all the people at AF Hyundai for making me not dread the car buying experience!!
