Wasted 2 hours driving here for my first service.. the passive aggressive service writer did everything but say he refused to do it because I didn t have enough miles on the car (I don t drive much) even tho I ve had the car for a year no worries tho I ll just go somewhere else.. attitude is everything - especially in customer service

Best of luck to ya if you decide to take a chance on this dealer like I did what a waste of time

You ve lost yet another customer for life

PS - Send that service advisor to charm school

PSS - Please tell whom ever on the sales floor who s wearing the excessive amount of axe body spray to tone it down a little

UPDATE - The general manager did reach out to me via phone to resolve the issue I had. They offered to do the oil change for free and pick up and drop off my vehicle at home. So I will change my review to 3 stars
