Their software gets more and more glitchy with every new release, patch, and update. I've been a user of AutoCAD, SoftDesk, and Civil3d packages for 18 years. Every year, the software seems to get worse. Working through a debilitating bug right now that is preventing me from submitting critical-path construction documents for an agency for permit. If you have a choice, and often you don't since they operate as a de-facto monopoly, choose software from a different vendor.

Great software but holy hell, you need to fix the billing and subscription management aspect because it is absolutely ARCHAIC. There are literally tens of thousands of examples that you could emulate. I literally have to look up an order number from an email and then login again from my account that i'm already logged in to before I can manage my subscription and payment.

Please try to fix the Certification experience. If you buy Voucher for certiport , you will need to contact certified testing center by yourself (which they dont answer)

Testing center They don`t answer because usually it either collage or company hosting exam as side thing ( They dont take it seriously)

Certiport or Person VUE , They sell you voucher only and they don`t support with scheduling exam.

Autodesk offer support for their software only , not the certificate thing.

it is horrible , Shame on Autodesk to let their users go through all of this.
