We ve had varying degrees of service since buying my wife s Tiguan in 2018. The previous owners were indescribably poor at all aspects of service and sales. The new ownership has been a breath of fresh air however.

I took the time to write this review to give kudos to Mike in the parts department and share how incredible his service was during a recent visit. He assisted me last minute and close to closing time but provided exceptional service and even offered to do more to help.

These are the types of interactions that would encourage me to do more with this dealership. Thank you Mike!

I had been looking for a car for a pretty long time now, and was pretty pleased with the deal given at hand. Extremely disappointed and annoyed. I had a recall on my vehicle (for the driver airbag which is a MAJOR hazard). I called 2 weeks ago and left a message which went completely unanswered. I then called back early last week and someone told me she would call me back to confirm they had the parts. And guess what? No call back. I had to call a third time to get it scheduled. Once I finally was able to drop it off, they informed me that there was a second recall on my vehicle and that they went ahead and took care of me by taking care of it (should be done without the patronizing). I had detailed the inside of my car 3 days ago and picked it up today with dirt on my front drivers seat and the passenger side floor covered in leaves and twigs. My steering wheel, mirror and seat were all moved and completely different from when I dropped it off. I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of service that I received here. Will be making the further trek to Glenview or to Casey Automotive for anything else I need to have done.

We just had a fantastic experience buying a Certified Pre-owned Passat here! Most people do not look forward to negotiating with a car dealership, but Jack and Patrick made our experience way better than we expected. They were very transparent and open to negotiation. Just moved from the US and was looking for a car. Difficult folder I didn't meet any of the prerequisite to finance or even insure my future car. Daniel L. did what was needed to find the good vehicle and even help me to find the insurance. He was fantastic. A really good experience there

I purchased my first car last week and Greg had great customer service and was wonderful to work with. He stayed late to let me test drive the car, and even let me borrow a CD to try out my new car s CD player! I could not be more thankful for his help and the great experience i had at this location.
