Bought a used car (4 years with a few kilometers). Expected almost a month for delivery. A lot of problems and defects, from the breakdown of the alternator, to the non-functioning of the air conditioner, in addition to a whole series of electronics problems, the smell of diesel fuel, a series of dents on the rear bonnet that did not repair me (instead I had been insured). Bad post-sales assistance. DEALER TO AVOID.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. Jeep compass bought new in January 2020, 5 times with "engine failure" alarm signal, taken to authorized Jeep workshops, because they are NOT, the problem has not been solved and the American auto dealership has totally disinterested in the problem.
ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND ..

About a month ago I wrote in detail to the email that was indicated to me in response to my review ... some email exchange, with the promise that they would get back to me, but still no phone call or email from the Autoamericana managers. Meanwhile my la Jeep Compass has new problems ..
If you really love the Jeep, at least change the seller, choosing an official one .. even if I recommend changing the type of car directly.

I bought a second hand car on June 21st, they promised to deliver in seven working days. At the time of writing is August 2! from July 18 the seller tells me that the car is ready, but the delivery office does not call me and does not answer. Everything started with some minor touch-ups to be made, then they encountered difficulties with the type of paint, but the truth is that they are totally disorganized and uninterested in the customer.

A never again, first they are wrong about the financing, then they add 500 euros no one knows from where and luckily before settling I have double checked the accounts. Today I picked it up and they didn't even know how many km the first service had to be done, they tell me 20 thousand then on the on-board computer it says 15000. To finish a new car with 18 km the air conditioning doesn't work, they can't see it in the dealership and they send me somewhere else and 15 km away, all this because unfortunately there is no power in the area.
Now I just hope to solve it immediately otherwise I spent money on gasoline, I go home on foot and more than anything else a new car already disassembled and placed.
Bad experience, I give two stars only because the seller is kind and nice, otherwise a star all my life.
Update to 19/07/2017: my car is still in service, the piece does not even know when it will arrive, I am without a car neither mine nor that in replacement.I wonder how it is possible that they do not know for sure when the piece will arrive, when nowadays couriers deliver within 24 hours and also give the shipping code to track the parcel.
They answer me the piece will arrive, as soon as mounted we call, (IT WILL ARRIVE), but we realize, when I brought him the money, I didn't say I will bring it to you, the day of the arrival of the car I welded it immediately and I waited another 10 days for the license plate, (absurd)
Far from this dealership.

Finally I'm going to pick up my blessed Renegade, air conditioning fixed, but is there a but?
I realize that the car has traveled 100 km since I brought it, they tell me that they took it to a workshop in Guidonia because they are more JEEP assistance, then they do not release me the sheet because the workshop he did the work did not give it to him.
And to finish I open the trunk I find that it is full of boxes with Nissan spare parts and they had completely forgotten about it, but we realize that they used my car as a means of transport for their material, disconcerting.
I enclose a photo of the trunk, I hope that tomorrow they will give me the sheet with the warranty claim written, otherwise I will report them.

I don't have enough words to describe the inefficiency, the lack of professionalism of this company. For four months the delivery of a car has been delayed, with new excuses. The delivery office never answers the phone, they assure you, after you have gone there in person, that they will call you and disappear into thin air. The fact is that we have come close to August, my insurance will close shortly and the car is still missing. Highly recommended.

My review is about my current Jeep purchased as far back as September 10th 2008 at your dealership in Rome. This is a Keep Jeep Cherokee model, which has traveled many kilometers around Northern Europe and beyond. Currently seeing that it is still in excellent shape and has only 209,000 kilometers, it was taken by a big coach to Modena to raise it. Ever since I bought it I have always been proud of the purchase made by you, even if at the time the seller did not seem to me very careful to feel my needs, but this in the end to little relevance, as I am satisfied with my purchase done with you and that I still enjoy every day on the streets of all Italy. Alas, but this does not depend on the dealership, a few months after the purchase, I was transferred to Trieste for work, where for the first few years the assistance was good then I had to wander through the Friuli Venezia Giulia region to find good assistance authorized, up to one year ago that by pure chance and after so many hardships I managed to find in Trieste an excellent mechanic of the Jeep group that follows it. It seems right to me to contribute by telling you a part of the life of a car that I bought from you and that still travels proudly on the Italian roads and beyond. I went to one of your "Autoamericana" dealerships Via di Settebagni, 702A, 00138 Rome RM and I talked to your salesman Alessandro, he made me an offer for a compass, chosen color and layout, told me to give a deposit to block it and 4 days to decide whether to buy it or not,

On the 4th day he called me to find out if I was buying the car, I replied no, I was told that I would be sent the deposit.

It's been 2 weeks since I didn't see the money in my account, I reconnected Alessandro denied he answered me in an elusive way until today Tuesday 25th June telling me that the deposit will not be returned to me because more than 4 days have passed.

In the meantime I received an email from agautomibilisrl that I attach.

Sure I will not see my money again, this mail is just to let you know that this dealer cheats people with your name and surely obscures the name of your brand.
