Bad. To ask for a single information, on the phone...

Bad. To ask for a single information, on the phone, about a recall campaign ... Not even an answer!
What can I say, I would have spared the review but having worked in a dealership I know how it works .. Obviously you care little about the customer and maybe NOTHING!
... The message on the phone says that an operator would call me back to fix u. Appointment, from April 23, I'm still waiting !!!!!!!!
Bad.
