Completely unprofessional, very very expensive and they left the fuse box's cover loose. I do not recommend this garage, always the same with originals dealers.

After initial communication hiccups, the issue was discussed cordially and resolved. Importance was placed on a happy customer and a face-to-face discussion to ensure no bad feelings remained.
None-existing service. No one ever picks up the phone. Follow-up actions are not taking (e.g. calling you back regarding specific questions). Requested repairs are simply forgotten. You turn up for your appointments but it is simply not in the system, even though you made a reservation by phone, turns out the part could not be delivered so they just cancelt the appointment without notification.
This year I planned to go to the garage 1 time and had to go 4 times because they keep messing up. Paying for a rental every time. Garage does not seem to care that I have to answer questions in regards to the additional unnecessary costs to our management.
Last but not least, stop with buying fake google reviews, bad practice. Focus on service instead.
Absolutely terrible experience on a car rental. Beware of the unfair business practices; these guys will not even give you an explanation and will deduct your deposit ! I paid up 250 euros for doing nothing.
Below (under the dotted line) is the exact review that I provided to Broekhuis and am posting it here such that the situation is transparent. In the last email from them, the agent admitted that they 'are unsure how the damage could have happened.' (exact quote from the email)

1. No-one checks under the car on scratches when someone rents a car
The only remote way that the bottom of the car can be scratched is if someone parks the car with the front towards the footpath and the face of the car lightly brushes. However, in this case, it cannot be the renter's fault, as it is to do with the low bed of the car. Also, I (kept telling that I) always parked the car with the front towards the street, but I was not heard. If I would have hit a bump or anything, there would be a dent and not mere scratches.
I have got an invoice deducting 250 euros for the damage and I feel cheated.

Professional staff and salesmen. They think out of the box. Good priceplan. Good warrantee and most important good mechanics. Deal is a deal. These people love cars and do the permatch or search for your needs. At this place I buy my next car.

Nice customer service and maintenance job but had few challenges :
* their car wash service was broken so no washing.. They said should be fixed in 4weeks but visoted after 6weeks and still broken!
* car's audio system has probably loose wires as sometimes right side woofer stops playing and but they had no idea and asked to replace the woofers or visit audio specialist!
* couldn't upgrade my navigation map claiming it was installed by some 3rd party vendor and something is wrong but you are supposed to fix, whatever is wrong, aren't you?!
