Every time I had the same discussions - I showed them the guarantee and what was written there they said they didn't know, they didn't have it in the system, etc. Finally they canceled the bills. Then they told me that my brake pads were broken and I had to change them at an exaggerated price! I went to Dab Auto (which I really recommend) to check the plates and they told me that they are fine and they have a long life in front, they were not for a change. The bottom line is that all the time I felt that he was looking to take money with japca on something and look for reasons and excuses. When I bought the car I had a very unpleasant experience with the rims - they charged me the bill with some dubious costs of which they said nothing at first, of about 1000 lei. They did not explain anything to me, there were 500 lei installation kit and they are still working. When I asked for explanations they got me on my feet. They probably weren't happy with what I left and they wanted more and that was the way. I really do not recommend this representation. If I knew what was coming I would have bought a car from Dab.
