Terrible gear. Terrible customer service. Do your research before buying - look at other reviews here and search truck forums for more negative feedback.

Vanguard Off-Road's Alpha bar has so many things wrong with it. Whoever did the cutouts didn't even remove the entire name, with a huge chunk of "A" still stuck in there - see photos. The paint was caked on in places and ran before drying. The welds are terrible and even with the heavy paint, this thing still rusts despite living on a truck that is kept in a climate-controlled garage year-round. Two of the backup LED cubes are completely burned out, and one of the passenger-side amber LEDs is also burned out. The wiring is shabby and hangs down all over the place. I contacted Vanguard's customer service to see if they could help with replacement LEDs and was literally laughed at by one of the employees, who provided zero help other than saying it would be super expensive to replace. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I asked for details on replacing the LEDs myself then, and received no follow up response. I'm new to aftermarket truck parts but will never choose or recommend another Vanguard product, ever.

Company sales unsafe bumper gaurds. Instructions call to use factory subframe bolts to mount bracket. Brackets do not even come close to mounting correctly, and the subframe bolt bolts (that hold the front of the car together) dont even fit the holes in the bracket. Talk to customer service to advise them how unsafe this product is and they could care less. Their rep even told me they dont even make or engineer their own stuff they sale(made in china). Its cheap, poorly engineered at best. Could not return the part without paying for the shipping ($200). My customer was greatly disappointed that the car would not be ready on time. I have a buddy who is a car engineer and he is engineering a new safer mounting bracket for the customer to make it safer and US road worthy. This all after 2 bull bars where shipped damaged. It took a month to get one undamaged only to find out it will never work at all as designed. Will not do business again. Nor will recommend ever.

Horrible experience. With a straight face, the staff told me their custom made bumper will not block the sensors for my CRV. News flash- it did block the bumper. It's caused me countless problems over the years and I am paying a third party to have the bumpers removed.

The saga continues: I contacted this company over 50 times following up on the refund. I finally got someone on the phone who agreed this refund should be issued. He took my information via email and then went dark on me with no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money, send you damaged products, and not issue refunds or compensation. CRIMINAL!

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Next I will file a claim in small claims court.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a bumper guard which arrived damage. The company agreed to replace the bar which also arrived damaged. I returned both items to the vendor and they agreed to a full refund. I still have not received a refund months later! STAY AWAY

I called your number listed on google a few times with no answer. Additionally, I sent several emails to "support@vanguardoffroad.com" on an existing string. Your company simply stopped replying. I am communicating!

Still no response. I called. I emailed. I filed a BBB complaint. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT FULFILL THEIR ORDERS AS ADVERTISED.

Brilliant, this place great selection and cost on brush guards

The part I ordered didn't even fit, didn't come with instructions as described, and customer service is non existent. Not worth the headache.

So I purchased a new 2014 Nissan Rogue & at the time being as though it was an all new vehicle so I had to do a lot searching before I finally found a place that was able to get me the exact bumper guards I wanted, I then purchased & had them installed & was very pleased with the outcome. Fast forward a year & I traded the 2014 for a 2015 so I then went back to this place who had originally installed the bumper guards in the first place. When I asked them if they could swap the bumper guards for me he gave me the ridiculous price of $150.00 ??? For a 8 minute swap ??? I mean it s literally 4 bolts that need to be removed A screw gun & 40 seconds & the bumper guards on the floor . Shame on them penny wise dollar foolish. I ve since swapped the 2015 for a 2017 & now take my business elsewhere...

Excellent products but shipping to Canada outrageous

To all Canadians be very aware of his company , in other words DO NOT BUY ANYTHING .
They have the worst customer service , they really don't care once they have your money .
All I want is the instructions for running boards [ that were not enclosed ] .
Called 4 times , today he blamed his warehouse . WHAT A CLOWN

As I stand in front of this business I am writing this review. I have heard of men and women being treated different but never thought it would happen to me in this day and age. I came to the shop with their own products bought off the internet and all was well until installed. No representative came to tell me my car was ready and no one care to see about customer feedback. I was the one who notice my car out on the sidewalk. I paid my bill inside was given my change and not so much of a word was said to me about getting my keys back or next steps. I had to ask were to get my keys. When I looked closer at the guards they were already scratched and the rubber in the back broke. Eventhough I know that this product will get scratch after some time the point is that no one buys it this way or expects to get brand new things damaged. I was offered a discount but I didn't have a problem with price but rather with the workmen ship that asked first thing of it was guaranteed. Ultimately if I was one of these body building men that I see here with there "manly" cars as oppose to a soccer mom with kids and a van, things would be different.

Installed my rav4 front and rear bumpers, Guys were really nice.

Contacted and ask them if they have replacement parts for my vanguard bull bar and they said they don t sell replacement parts. Just only sell the set. I don t think I will recommend their bull bar to any of my friends.

It s 0 stars, the guy messed up the window tinting job , bubles everywhere after one week, but does not want to fix it or refund the money. Looks like not the first time he does that that s why takes only cash payments so you can t reverse it. Again, 0 stars, very bad job, highly disappointed

i bought a deer guard for my truck.
I've already called you more than 6 times to try to solve it, and you ask me to wait and after a while hang up.
poor quality product, look at the photo. the fence didn't even dent.
they said he would send me another one, he doesn't answer me anymore.
bad product, worse customer service.
avoid this place.
They place the wrong Google site ranking. Only then can you see the bad faith of the company.

Keep emailing to get info on a part that says it's currently out of stock. Can't get a response if they will be restocking.

I purchased a vanguard grill guard in 2013 for my new Honda CRV. The guard was not in stock at the time but I only waited a week or two and it arrived at my door neatly packaged. The installation went easily and I had it on my car until I bought a new 2018 CRV. The grill guard was still in great shape after 5 years so I gave it to a friend for his CRV. It's a great product and doing business with this small Queens, New York company was great.

I know this company sale all have accident car and rubbish car
