I was referred to Auto Aid through a friend who highly recommended them for quality service at an affordable rate. She has used this repair place for years and trusts them implicitly. I m glad because I m from out of town and only here to help my daughter who was broken down in town on her way for emergency room treatment. James was everything she said he was! Quick, honest, inventive with solutions and cost saving techniques, etc. He didn t man-splain like so many other places would. He didn t over-charge and in fact resolved our issue with the least cost to us. My daughter is a customer for life now and I sincerely wish he had a location in Ft Worth too. Thank you, James! You were such a blessing to us during this very difficult time. I believe everyone should come see you for repairs.

Auto aide came to my rescue! James Sargent came to my work when I was stranded, checked out my car and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. While I was working he came and towed my car to his shop, fixed it, and brought it back the same day! He took all the stress off me and his prices are excellent! I highly and wholeheartedly advise anyone in need of fast, compassionate care to call this Christian business man!

Good place to save some money and work on your vehicle with their equipment. Large shop with lots of tools and lifts. I changed my shocks there, the staff helped out when needed, very friendly. Prices are also reasonable.

James is a hard working army veteran totally dedicated to his business and helping people. They have a very fair shop rate and go above and beyond to please every customer.
If you have car or truck problems, or just need your preventive maintenance, Auto-Aid will do a good job at a fair price. They also help DIY folks and will help get your vehicle on a lift to work underneath, and have a full array of tools you can use.
There is also not a big markup on parts like most shops, or you can bring your own parts. A good honest business you can trust.

They were super helpful, I was doing an oil change and coolant flush; they answered any questions I had and they had all the tools I needed.

Today I replaced both of my front-lower ball joints. I recieved excelent guidance through this process and was very reasonabley charged. I highly suggest!

Owner is a great guy and a vet, but his mechanic seems to need some Dale Carnegie courses...very rude and a know it all type person. The way this garage is set up, either you can work on your vehicle using their tools and space, or you can pay them to do the repairs. I would suggest doing your own repairs, if possible, so you donf have to deal with the mechanic.

Jeremy Van Gent~ This place is an awesome place for working on your vehicle. It has everything you'd need, they know their stuff, they're helpful, and they are cool guys. I was in there the other day under my car and working on it for the first time with their help. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to work on their car!

Great services and friendly staff. I needed my alternator changed they did it in a timely manner plus they were the only in town open on Saturday and the cheapest for the service I needed done. Will definitely return for future services.

You will not find a more helpful DIY place in town. I promise you. James Sargent (owner) and James (the Technician) are awesome guys. They will do over and beyond what called for to help you out. They understand you and will do everything they can to help, provide tools, teach you, and if you can't do the job they will happily take over. Love these guys. I've been here several times to use their lifts and tools. Always helpful, always friendly. I was never unpleasantly surprised by their prices either. For us military guys that are either waiting on our tools to arrive or don't have access to the auto hobby shop on base since we can't seem to keep it open, this place is a great resource!

Place sucks....... they called me and told me my truck was ready to be picked up. While I was at the grocery store so I stopped what I was doing rushed over to get my truck PAID 350 dollars that they charged to fix my electrical lights they didn't give me a receipt and when I asked . If all my lights were working good they said oh no we couldn't fix them . So they take my money and didn't fix anything. . Wow crooked crooks. . So I'm going to call the BBB and get my money back... beware
