Forever grateful for my education here. Small classes with personalized attention, liberal arts education, focus on service, combined with access to Atlanta's large city resources all create an incredible educational experience. They are also generous with financial aid.
I'm not even sure where to Begin. This school is all about MONEY!
The financial aid adviser told me that I don't qualify for scholarships because I'm not a full time student and even if I was a full time student I would have to wait till After the Spring semester in to fill out scholarships. Hello! I'm trying to get scholarships and grants so that I can afford to be a full time student! Speaking of finances, this school is ridiculously expensive! I Might as well attend Spelman or Clark Atlanta.
And don't get me on the adult program advisor. They are terrible at answering emails and/or answering their phones. You can send an email to them on Monday and they won't get back to you until The following week on Wednesday.
The advisors are all for you when you enter the school, but if you try to transfer you are completely on your own. The adivisor I had wouldn't even guide me in the right direction as to transferring to another school. If anything he tried to convince me to stay more than get me ready to move on.
If You live on campus, there's a lot of activities and clubs to join which is a plus.
Also an upside to the school are the professors. They really do care and they're great at what they do.
But overall it's not worth being here unless you consider yourself an introvert . And your parents have a lot of money.
Best place to learn and not even know it. Wonderful liberal arts education in the best City on Earth.
Beautiful campus, Hogwarts looking. Enhances critical thinking, opens the mind. Small university, individualized teaching.

The best school ever!!! I graduated and became a professional because of the supportive teachers in the Oglethorpe University. I did not have perfect experiences but those experiences made me who I am today.
If you are going to visit this campus do not park on campus!!! The campus safety officers and department try to run you off if you are a visitor. Plan to potentially get a ticket for parking in visitor parking or be towed and booted in visitor parking.
I always enjoyed to be there. The teachers were very nice as well as the campus and the students there.
I went here as project grad student. It's the most amazing campus I've ever been on. The dorms are unique, the entire campus is just amazing. It's peaceful. Oglethorpe University is amazing.
Gorgeous campus creates mini-Ivy League environment.
Went to see friends and they showed us around. Wow! What an amazing campus.
